Thank you guys for today's devotional! I agree that Christianity is so much more than just practices, after I found out that having a relationship with Jesus is the core of it, it really changed my perspective on Christianity, I used to think it was boring when I was young and didn't understand why we were doing certain things plus I didn't really enjoy it cause it was all so serious, but I heard stories from worship leaders that have a relationship with Jesus and they shared their experiences with the Lord, every day they said is a day to look forward to, because Jesus was showing them new things and having fun with them. Many of them said Jesus jokes around a lot and they talk like brothers. Hearing all that made me want to have a relationship with Him even more, once a worship leader told me that he visited Jerusalem through the help of God's power, he was transported there from his living room, he was praying quietly one day and felt like the Lord called to him to his living room, so he obeyed and suddenly the 4 walls of the house fell down and he was at Jerusalem where he met Jesus and a local woman, Jesus ask the woman to teach him how to do a traditional dance and she did, and the three dance happily with Jesus clapping and cheering him on, when they are done, he was suddenly back to his living room. Hearing all this just really spoke to me that having a relationship with Jesus isn't so serious as its portrayed usually in media and in the church and it gave me more motivation to want to know Him more. Hopefully this sharing helps any of you who thought the same as me and mistook Jesus to be serious all the time.
It’s Mornings with the Masters not Mornings with Chad. She is politely acknowledging and agreeing with him, which she has every right to do! That’s her husband 🙂
People do that sometimes to acknowledge that they are listening and agreeing with what the other person is saying, it's very subtle too so I don't really notice her saying it
Thxs for this guys, its so real.. it's the person not the place.
