Dear Sayadaw,
Thank you very much for your instruction, i have read and practiced as your method in the book "Mindfulness, Bliss and Beyond"
In the stage of observe the whole body of breath, i got creepy continuously over 30 minutes (i do meditation arround 1.30 mins)
Could you please advise me the next step?

Good morning, Ajahn Brahm, I need some clarification. Because you are of European descent, what are your thoughts on Jesus Christ? Do you believe he is the son of God? I see a lot of good qualities of Buddhism, but I had validation of Jesus Christ's existence in 2014. I'm confused because I am being pulled between both religions. Please respond.
Maybe im wrong but meditation is related to ourselfs , wareness , feelings , etc ( we for sure should know ourselfs before anything )
About belives i dont know , i belive in many things , just like you Jesus is a image of divine pure light
About religions , thats human creation related to human history
Saying God creted religions is saying God suported many bad things religions did ( i cant suport this )
There are 2 options :
God suported religion and i didnt follow religion ( my bad but didnt offend God )
God is desrespected by religion and i suported religion ( really bad mistake )
@@pieceD399 I want to know if we will be accepted into heaven for idolizing? I want to share with you if a dream I had a few weeks ago. It really brought tears to me, I was emotional wreck, I could not stopped crying/weeping. I dreamt I was at a place I saw steps as I walked up the steps I seen a very large chair its arm rest had carving of some kind. On the arm rest I saw a corpse arm. In my mind I thought he had been waiting for me and I miss the opportunity to see him. Then a monk in orange robe appeared I was crying and I felt bad for him. He had a tassels down his shoulder that had carving on it. He took off and placed it beside him. I seen a gold cross tucked in his robe . I kept crying because I felt bad. He was trying to gesture to tell me it was okay. Then I woke up crying. I cried for weeks I was overcome with emotion as if someone I care about. I don’t remember who he was to me. The weird thing is that I dreamt of him in my late 30s as I opened my door he was standing smiling at me. In that same dream I heard chanting so loud and clear I seen 9 monks standing in a row walking out from a cave chanting…..What do you think, I bow in respect to you. Please forgive if I offend Ajarhn.
