After witnessing the completion of "Africa's tallest building" by CSCEC with extremely high standards, he once again witnessed the start of the Alamein Downtown Towers project. He spoke highly of China's high-quality and efficient implementation of the contract and its contribution to Egypt's economic and social development. The successful commencement of the project marks the beginning of the rapid construction of Alamein Downtown Towers, which will be built into a central city of culture, service, industrial engineering, and tourism on the northern coast of Egypt.
Located on the Mediterranean coast of northern Egypt, the Alamein Downtown Towers project is one of the most important strategic cities planned by the Egyptian government in 2030, which is planned to be built into the "summer capital" of Egypt. The project is in the core area of New Alamein City and is positioned as a super high-rise mansion with a sea view. The construction includes one 300-meter-tall apartment building and four 200-meter-tall apartment buildings. With a contract value of about 1.92 billion U.S. dollars and a construction area of 1.09 million square meters, the project is another major high-end housing construction project undertaken by CSCEC after the CBD project of Egypt's New Administrative Capital. It is also one of the largest projects signed by Chinese enterprises in the Egyptian market, which will become another model of China-Egypt cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
The 300-meter-high Iconic Tower will be one of the ten tallest residential towers in the world, according to a statement by the CSCEC on Monday after holding a ceremony to launch the concrete casting.
The Downtown Towers Project comprises five residential towers that along with the Iconic Tower it will also include four 200-meter-tall apartment buildings.
The concrete casting of the project’s Iconic Tower, the largest base plate in Africa so far according to the constructor, will be implemented in two stages. The first casting square is an about 5,632-meter cube, the second casting square is an about 14,051-meter cube, and the total concrete volume will be about 19,683-meter cube, according to the CSCEC.
The ceremony was attended by CSCEC Egypt’s General Manager Chang Weicai and several Egyptian and Chinese guests.
The Alamein Downtown Towers Project was signed by Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority and CSCEC in February 2021, with a contract value of about $1.92 billion and a construction area of 1.09 million square meters, according to the CSCEC Egypt website.
✈✈The best time to visit Egypt is between October and April, temperatures are cooler but you are still guaranteed sun. During spring and autumn daytime temperatures will reach hit 77-86°F (25-30°C) but the evenings are much cooler. Egypt is blessed with a whole lot of sunshine and very little rain.

Looks pretty cool, I didn't know Egypt builds another city in addition to the New Administrative Capital.
Egypt is building a lot of new modern cities in addition to the New Administrative Capital, like Alamein, Galala city on the Red sea, new Mansoura on the Mediterranean sea. Thanks for your comment ❤❤❤

There are large areas in Egypt on which nothing has been built, so they must be used to build the most smart cities in these empty large areas

في الواقع يوجد 20 برج الان في المدينه و 7تحت الانشاء و 5 تحت الانشاء ايضا في منطقه ابراج الداون تاون بعد الانتهاء من اول 5 ابراج سيتم الاعلان عن انشاء ابراج اخرى ثم تنتهي وهكذا حتى يتم الانتهاء منها بالكامل كما حدث في دبي او نيويورك
