Even if Yamamoto disagrees with those decisions, he above all has no choice but to follow them, because if he starts saying, "I don't agree with these decisions, I'm not going to follow them," nobody can force him too; and from there he becomes the de facto ruler and a tyrant. That's part of why he told Shunsui and Jushiro, 'Personal justice doesn't take precedence over the world's justice'. It's all well and good to talk about seeking truth and upholding justice and not being bound to rigid, unfair decisions, but when you wield the kind of power Yamamoto does, it's too easy to cross the line between standing for something and abusing your power. Of course, like Byakuya, in this case his devoted obedience to the unjust law was manipulated, the law was not only unjust but also false, and so he too was played like a fool.
exactly. For "common folks" fighting the law where it is unjust or where it affects you negatively is the right thing or at least an understandable thing. But for a ruler/ruling class/high nobility/leader it's the difference between a state of law and a tyranny. And no matter if there are some injustices or flaws in law, in general, a state of law is a better place and a better prerequisite for improving that law, than a tyranny.

Imagine your father dying, and while you are still in mourning, before the funeral even happens, suddenly you see your dad standing behind you with a big smile on his face. Is the first thought in your head really going to be "What are you up to? You are supposed to be dead!" or are you going to be overwhelmed with relief?

I appreciate that OurBoyRockLee understands the significance and circumstance of Momo's devotion to Aizen; the hate against her amongst the Western audience is strong, for understandable reasons, and it's hard to defend her, but more could at least try to understand her situation. Captains are already like idols to the young Soul Reapers and Soul Reapers in training, and Momo early on connected with Aizen as her personal idol; then, when she was about to be killed, that very idol came and saved her life. Then she ended up graduated and being immediately placed under her idol. He then spent the next 40 years--40 years!--raising her as his subordinate, acting as the perfect commander and teacher, even elevating her to be his (supposed) right-hand woman. Think of the celebrity you idolize the most. Imagine working with them for forty years, being utterly impressed by everything they do, and being treated as their most valued confidant and assistant. You'd have to be some kind of special to be able to think and act rationally after the trauma induced by these events. Doesn't make attacking Toshiro (the one who is her little brother in all but name) or immediately clinging to Aizen when they were reunited not stupid, but loads of people do stupider things for worse reasons, especially in anime. Kudos, OurBoyRockLee, for acknowledging that her devotion isn't any different than Soi Fon's except for the gender (and morality) of the idol. In the manga when ichigo said " i fight the law if i was you" suddenly kaien flashed trought byakuya mind he said "you were never my enemies" it kinda sucks the anime version didnt show a lot of kubo foreshadowing of ichigo/kaien cause in the manga espescially this arc kubo show a lot of ichigo/kaien foreshadowing
Aizen's ability is beyond broken--it's like Infinite Tsukiyomi, but it can be reactivated any time in the future if you have just seen it even once. He's one of many Bleach characters who can flat-out solo the entire Naruto universe with no real risk. Also, not all people can become captains. Some of the lieutenants are just not destined to advance to captain because they are not powerful enough, nor do they have the ability to use bankai.
I'm pretty sure some Naruto characters can bomb a wide enough area to catch Aizen even with Flash Step edit - like, even if you don't know where he is, he will be close enough to catch a bomb.

The answer to Aizen's fake death, was in the letter to Hinamori...Aizen asked a lieutenant to avenge him against a captain and she didn't question it at all. There is no way Aizen would give her such an impossible task, he knows she can't even challenge a captain, especially not one that could kill another captain. Yoruichi and Soi Fon are not actually sisters, they just belonged to the same clan and Soi Fon looked up to Yoruichi as a big sister.
It is suggested in the manga that Aizen & Momo might have had an intimate relationship. Kubo, the author, answered it non-committally, saying he won't confirm or deny it.

That sword blonde 👱♂️has is VERY rare, but it IS real. An executioners sword like that is designed to to be placed AROUND that throat from behind and then pulled up and back. That's why his chant is RAISE YOUR HEAD, becouse lowering its would decapitate you. It's also why it makes things heavier, so your forced to -kneel-and-bow, as if in repentance.
It is legit one of the more harrowing sword designs when you put all the pieces together. At first, it just looks like a weirdly shaped blade... Until you see it put into action. Then it's just... Damn.

just a correction of the explanation they gave, the zampakutos are the soul of the Shinigami, they are formed when a soul becomes a Shinigami, when a Shinigami dies, the zampakuto is destroyed, Forever, there's no way to recover it, and it doesn't reappear in the future, because the sword is the soul of the Shinigami, so when one dies, another goes with it, forever.
Except for a zanpaktou which contains nature spirits, as Ichimaru mentioned when he fought Hitsugaya, Hitsugaya's sword is one that appears every few centuries. Hyuonimaru is basically the natural or guardian spirit of winter.
Not really. Zanpakuto won't be destroyed if it was passed down to someone else. There are few characters that possessed Zanpakuto from Shinigami that already died.

Like even if u guys don't necessarily share whether how she felt was right or wrong but u still could see her perspective n understand it. N I'm saying this bcoz Hinamori gets ton of hate. N I never understood y people hate or dislike her so much. Most people just hate for being stupid but don't realize that someone who hasn't been in that position can't actually feel it. In the manga there are references to her and Aizen having a closer relationship, having a panel where she sleeps in his bed and winks at her and Aizen possibly having a sexual relationship as well.
The Aizen “death” (fake) was my first episode of this show but *THESE* episodes were the ones that pulled me in, we got a murder mystery, betrayal, And power up being overshadowed by a power not even the cast knew was there the whole time *BACK TO BACK* this was PEAK Bleach at one point
You guys are missing the point that a zanpakuto is not handed down. It is part of the soul of a soul reaper. You manifest powers based on your own personalities and character. There may be ancestral or family characteristics that influence traits, but the sword is from the wielder. The closer you come to knowing and understanding your zanpakuto, the more you come to know yourself and the stronger you become.

One of the things I love about this reveal is Gin. You know when in other stories the most suspicious guy is never actually the villain and author just wanted to confuse the reader? Well even when Bleach just started publishing that was an incredibly predictable cliche. And Kubo said fuck it: If a guy talks like a villain, acts like a villain, knows about the things that only villain should know about then he probably should be a fucking villain! Of course that would make an unsatisfying twist, so author tells us that: Yes, Gin is a bad guy, but the twist is that he's a secondary bad guy. It was perfect! That way we got a shocking reveal and Ichimaru's behaviour still made sense!
Kind of a side-note that they glossed over in the anime (that they elaborate a little bit more on in the manga). Unohana (4th Squad Captain, lady with the braid) could always kind of tell something was off from the moment Aizen's body was originally discovered, but she couldn't tell what - of all the Captains, she is probably the most perceptive and I believe (I could be wrong, it's been a while since I've read and watched) that Aizen even mentions that he wanted to make sure she in particular never found out the truth behind his fake death.

Tite Kubo really have been playing us so well all along, it is always nice to see people really see the real face of Aizen !! There's a reason these first couple of arcs are up there with the best shounen battle series of all time. The Aizen mindfuckery and reveal is a classic.
THAT WAS A HELL OF A RUG PULL!! So not only is Aizen still alive, But his corpse was basically just his sword hypnotizing people into thinking that it was his body 😱😱😱😱😱. And I'm guessing everybody in school society probably saw it or something. The only ones who probably didn't, are like Ichigo and his friends and Tousen, like he said himself. And now Tousen dragged Renji and Rukia back to the execution hill, Just completely screwing over what little effort he could contribute after getting his ass whooped Byakuya but mustering enough strength to at least grab Rukia and make a run of it. I'll be damned if there are anime out there, which there are, that makes one of the good guys/more protagonistic characters efforts seem completely superfluous. And I can't remember which one it was but I'm pretty sure I saw someone like that straight up get tortured to death. I keep thinking it's Black Clover or something but it's probably not 🤦🏾♂️😂😂😂😂. The hero/main character was plenty motivated by then though, so you know the bad guy got at least some nice sweet chin music played for them 👊🏾💥 lol.
Nah the Hollow he fought before and this one are the same. He just took over because even though he doesn't care much for Ichigo he still doesn't wanna stand by and let himself be killed, and I do mean him the hollow. Since he's part of Ichigo if he dies they both die

Actually in the official colored translation, which I don't think was released before the episode, the Getsuga Tenshou is supposed to be gold, similar to Naruto's Rasengan in the manga. I don't think Pierrot asked Kubo or Kishimoto what the color of the attacks were they just made the decision to make them blue. BTW: I prefer the gold Getsuga over the blue one.

To explain aizens sword, once you see the shikai which appears to be a water based zanpakuto, you meet the condition for his bankai. The bankai completely controls all the senses of anyone who sees the shikai regardless of when it is afterwards. So it is a real time genjutsu that can't be broken unless aizen undoes it himself.
Actually, his bankai was never shown. If he activates his shikai he can use said shikai to use perfect hypnosis. So what you said was true, except that he never used bankai. Some people think he never even had a bankai and he made the captains think he did with ks. I guess he thought his shikai was good enough. Even if he had a bankai his "other form" is much stronger as he just evolves into a new pokemon

By stating the his shikai was a condition for it, it makes sense for the bankai itself to be the perfect hypnosis. As skilled as he is, stating he has mastered the four kinds of combat, it seems very unlikely he hasn't achieved bankai. He could easily hold his bankai on with his skill and no one the wiser or be skilled enough to activate it without uttering bankai. Because it is a non destructive type, I can see either because the people may not even know he said it or realize it's up. Tousen had a non destructive bankai and it retained a sword form, why not aizen. Just because it wasn't shown doesn't mean it didn't happen. It's aizen for crying out loud, I wouldn't put it past him seeing all the steps he takes.

It's a great fight easily one of best shonen battles up there with Goku Vs Vegeta part 1. However much like that fight Byakuya didn't actually lose this one. He was kicking Ichigo s ass and it took that hollow to even reach a draw. Which if we're being real is what it was.

just a correction of the explanation they gave, the zampakutos are the soul of the Shinigami, they are formed when a soul becomes a Shinigami, when a Shinigami dies, the zampakuto is destroyed, Forever, there's no way to recover it, and it doesn't reappear in the future, because the sword is the soul of the Shinigami, so when one dies, another goes with it, forever.

Not really. Zanpakuto won't be destroyed if it was passed down to someone else. There are few characters that possessed Zanpakuto from Shinigami that already died.

N I never understood y people hate or dislike her so much. Most people just hate for being stupid but don't realize that someone who hasn't been in that position can't actually feel it. You guys are missing the point that a zanpakuto is not handed down. It is part of the soul of a soul reaper. You manifest powers based on your own personalities and character. There may be ancestral or family characteristics that influence traits, but the sword is from the wielder. The closer you come to knowing and understanding your zanpakuto, the more you come to know yourself and the stronger you become.

One of the things I love about this reveal is Gin. You know when in other stories the most suspicious guy is never actually the villain and author just wanted to confuse the reader? Well even when Bleach just started publishing that was an incredibly predictable cliche. And Kubo said fuck it: If a guy talks like a villain, acts like a villain, knows about the things that only villain should know about then he probably should be a fucking villain! Of course that would make an unsatisfying twist, so author tells us that: Yes, Gin is a bad guy, but the twist is that he's a secondary bad guy. It was perfect! That way we got a shocking reveal and Ichimaru's behaviour still made sense!

Kind of a side-note that they glossed over in the anime (that they elaborate a little bit more on in the manga). Unohana (4th Squad Captain, lady with the braid) could always kind of tell something was off from the moment Aizen's body was originally discovered, but she couldn't tell what - of all the Captains, she is probably the most perceptive and I believe (I could be wrong, it's been a while since I've read and watched) that Aizen even mentions that he wanted to make sure she in particular never found out the truth behind his fake death.

THAT WAS A HELL OF A RUG PULL!! So not only is Aizen still alive, But his corpse was basically just his sword hypnotizing people into thinking that it was his body 😱😱😱😱😱. And I'm guessing everybody in school society probably saw it or something. The only ones who probably didn't, are like Ichigo and his friends and Tousen, like he said himself. And now Tousen dragged Renji and Rukia back to the execution hill, Just completely screwing over what little effort he could contribute after getting his ass whooped Byakuya but mustering enough strength to at least grab Rukia and make a run of it. I'll be damned if there are anime out there, which there are, that makes one of the good guys/more protagonistic characters efforts seem completely superfluous. And I can't remember which one it was but I'm pretty sure I saw someone like that straight up get tortured to death. I keep thinking it's Black Clover or something but it's probably not 🤦🏾♂️😂😂😂😂. The hero/main character was plenty motivated by then though, so you know the bad guy got at least some nice sweet chin music played for them 👊🏾💥 lol.

Actually in the official colored translation, which I don't think was released before the episode, the Getsuga Tenshou is supposed to be gold, similar to Naruto's Rasengan in the manga. I don't think Pierrot asked Kubo or Kishimoto what the color of the attacks were they just made the decision to make them blue.

To explain aizens sword, once you see the shikai which appears to be a water based zanpakuto, you meet the condition for his bankai. The bankai completely controls all the senses of anyone who sees the shikai regardless of when it is afterwards. So it is a real time genjutsu that can't be broken unless aizen undoes it himself.
Actually, his bankai was never shown. If he activates his shikai he can use said shikai to use perfect hypnosis. So what you said was true, except that he never used bankai. Some people think he never even had a bankai and he made the captains think he did with ks. I guess he thought his shikai was good enough. Even if he had a bankai his "other form" is much stronger as he just evolves into a new pokemon

By stating the his shikai was a condition for it, it makes sense for the bankai itself to be the perfect hypnosis. As skilled as he is, stating he has mastered the four kinds of combat, it seems very unlikely he hasn't achieved bankai. He could easily hold his bankai on with his skill and no one the wiser or be skilled enough to activate it without uttering bankai. Because it is a non destructive type, I can see either because the people may not even know he said it or realize it's up. Tousen had a non destructive bankai and it retained a sword form, why not aizen. Just because it wasn't shown doesn't mean it didn't happen. It's aizen for crying out loud, I wouldn't put it past him seeing all the steps he takes.
