Wonderful video but I’m surprised you didn’t do it like most guys there are three bolts that go to the frame the last set of bolts you removed what you’re supposed to do is you loosen those two bolts you had to knock out with a screwdriver or that tool. The whole piece then swings down then you remove the six bolts underneath and it just slides right out. You don’t have to kill yourself taking those long bolts out that hit the steering rack. You just have to loosen them up. Again once you loosen them up and you remove the ball joint that thing just slides straight down. You remove the six bolts to the frame and the whole unit just slides right out. There’s another video showing this pretty good video, you could’ve saved a lot of time that’s all but the other stuff is awesome because now we don’t have to take apart everything so excellent video
Driver side no problems passenger side bracket bolts are a pain to get out. 1 will not budge with breaker bar and extension. Been heating and cooling and penetration oil. Milwaukee impact will be my next step.
Great video. My experience is it would be easier to just replace everything. It seems that all the bushings and joints go within a few years of each other. 😢doing the lowers now. Did the uppers and ball joints within the last 2 years. Thanks!!
Hey. Do did your control arms strut mounts go on easy or did you need to really work at it. I bought 2 different brands and neither seems to let the strut mout go on the control arm l the way ?
great video! i need to do my lower bushings. so it looks like i can just remove the old bushing bracket and install new. without total disassemble. thanx i wonder if i'll need an alignment. lol jk

Great point!
Is it possible to just remove the lower control arm bracket without removing all the extra components as well?
Yes
Good video...do you have to put suspension on ride height and then tighten bolts on lower control arm?
No
Kinda did when you put jack underneath to align all the bolts.
Do you have to replace the whole arm or can you just do the bushing bracket if it’s possible
Yes, you can replace just the bushing bracket.
Do you wait to tighten the Lower control arm 2 bushing bolts when the vehicle is on the ground? Or tighten while on jacks
On the jacks, because you can get everything adjusted good enough to drive it to get a alignment

Everything went together pretty easy

With that many miles I would expect the upper and lower ball joints would also need replaced.
