Well as for her being an economics graduate the truth is every Nigerian parents emphasize on education and don't joke with it and education is a big deal in Nigeria if you don't have it you feel incomplete and like you have failed your parents so every or almost every average Nigerian feel education appeals to our parents and keep mouths from waging. Once you graduate from university you have settled your parents and can do what you like as a career and they won't complain much. Well articulated Tem.

Tems is one of my favorite artists and I'm glad to hear she also freestyles when she sings. I flew all the way to Portugal 🇵🇹 anticipating seeing her perform at Afro Nation and she pulled out 😢. However, I became a HUGE fan of the Afro Beat genre - Burna, Wiz, Davido, Popcaan, Uncle Waffles, Rema.
Uncle waffle isn’t afrobeats, she’s South African/Swazi and she’s amapiano DJ, (amapiano is South African sound)totally different genre and sound to afrobeats
