Rule number 1 in online gaming. You're the best, no one is as good as you. If someone kills you, its not that they are better. They are, of course, cheating. You made some of those streamers rethink their life choices.

Unfortunately I doubt they possess the maturity to reflect and will constantly lash out at others before questioning themselves or their choices. I think it's a combination of being immature and feeding into the meta psychology of the game, which is all about ego.
