more track tours around abandoned tracks please! really like this series
I want to see India as I am south Asian my self
@@blazecannonxd3310 and South Korea too! What a GP OMG...
Exploring the old part of Hockenheimring seems interesting
The final sector at Valencia was pretty fun to drive on F1 video games.
I didn't expect the track to just be there. I though there are buildings built or new streets.
Yeah valencian government still has not paid the construction workers of the circuit
The Valencia Government is broke, they can't afford to tear it up. A well spent €200 million.
Maybe the abandoned part of the Hockenheimring could be amazing
there is no asphalt there anymore
@@mrmou.4893 just trees. alot
Up
@@mrmou.4893 I can’t remember which chicane it is but I’m pretty sure that’s still there. I think it’s the 2 one
@@daisyleedham2275 the back straight after the ostcurve and the senna curve are the only remains. the rest was demolished to plant trees, even tho very few trees have grown there in the last 20 or so years
6:35 doing the yellow flag reenactment was really good aldas has some pretty good reaction times.
This trio is very different yet soo comforting which is sooo good!!!!
Sometimes I wish Valencia came back on the calendar, now they got some more buildings that would’ve surrounded the track 🤔
Valencia was a shitfest go back to 2009-11, especially 09 there were 0 overtakes except the pit lane one between grosjean and another car can’t remember. Don’t know why you’d want a track with 0 overtakes when there’s Monaco that offered one overtake
@@AZBCDEE just because its nice to drive :D
@@AZBCDEE Perhaps with today's cars, especially if the 2022 regulations are successful in making following cars easier, maybe the layout could work again? Valencia was the only race I ever got to go and watch, so it has a special place in my heart.
@@RolfeeeMusic its not about following tho its about the fact u cant overtake
@@raydrew7444 2012 saw a lot of overtaking, if cars are closer to each other then the back straight at least offers a good opportunity to overtake.
The last race there was, what, 10 years ago? It's weird seeing an abandoned track of races I have seen
The beginning of the video reminded me of the old street circuit on the Wellington waterfront here in NZ. That circuit made way for public works to improve the waterfront area. Clearly Valencia needs to do something about the ‘permanent’ section of the track as clearly no races will ever be held there again.
Great video! I'd love to see more abandoned tracks, like Reims in France
I had Flashbacks Of Alonso Winning From 11th place
This channel has some of the highest quality videos in the f1 community. Success is bound to follow. 🙏
Quality content! Please do more abandoned tracks.
There is an abandoned section at Hockenheim with a Jim Clark Memorial and Old Sections of the Track.
Can't wait for your tour of the abandoned Jeddah track in 2032!
just found your channel and the vids are amazing, im addicted: thanks guys !
Love videos like this you guys have great chemistry together!!
If you need ideas, in Porto, you have circuito da Boavista. Had f1 in the 50s and from 2003 to 2013 had races from wtcc (now wtcr) there are two layouts: the f1 you cannot see because one part was completely changed and other was reasphalted. The wtcc layout you can see. The wtcc paddock is now used as a covid test center. It is almost like Valencia but without any part where it looks like a closed track as it is a street circuit
Great content guys, Keep it up!
You guys should do Reims next
AVUS in germany, sitges terramar in spain and clermont ferrand in france would be good tracks to visit.
Real quality content. The disarrayed remenants are both beautiful and saddening. Like remenising a lost love.
Factory tour, the caterham one was spectacular
I played this in the old F1 2009 and F1 2012, I never realized that it looked like Imola
8:42 Yeah, I should visit the track more often 😂
Reims-Geux in France is amazing. You should go there
I'm not sure why they just abandoned it, it's such a good track
Not much funding left, not much incentive from the government, less spectators year by year, and finally, very few good races in there from 2008-2012, you basically couldn’t overtake in that track so the spectacle overall was like Russia excluding 2021. Only in 2012 we had actually a very chaotic and surprisingly good race, but it was too late sadly
@@jdmdriver34 Oh ok thanks
@@jdmdriver34 these new cars would be perfect for this track
@@josiahboatengmyrie maybe, but the damage was done almost 10 years ago already, so there’s no way they could think about what could’ve been back then
it was actually a pretty mediocre track, known for being very difficult to overtake on. If it stayed on the calendar into the turbo-hybrid era, it would have definitely been seen as one of the worst tracks on the calendar. 2012 was just a crazy race.
I loved this circuit on the old f1 games
Check out Singapore street circuit, it's all open. I only realised I was walking on the circuit when noticed the certain parts of the pavement paint in red and white, next thing I know I'm on the second to last corner. Plus its worth it to see the city of Singapore, must warn it is ridicoulously humid.
It's not abandon tho
YOU GUYS WERE HERE IN VALENCIA?!!
Dang, had I known I would've gone to the circuit 😂
Great video guys, as always :)
otro español por aquí
I think they did this a while ago
Visit the old Hockenheim
Any track tour! Any factory. just please, more content. This is probably my favourite youtube channel, video was great btw.
Victor Abad will be proud of you guys!
Efeuno
4:49 absolute madlad
Keep it up guys loving the content you 🐐🐐sss
As a guy born in Valencia this makes me so sad 😢
Great video! Keep it up
Was waiting for this so longgg
Great content.. the martial and debri bit...
Crash recreation
I love this circuit ngl, i dunno why but the layout makes me fall in love since left and right is wall and not open field.
Ah you guys flew Ryanair. Would love to see and meet you guys onboard. All the best - a ryr pilot and aldas fan
This was amazing! Makes me wanna book a plane ticket and hotel to see it myself.
This is crazy to see what it's like now. was there at the track in 2010 when mark had his incident.
Hey veloce I used to love the Valencia f1 track and I love you
The Sammit merch looks nice!
You should go and check out Pescara in Italy. It's the longest circuit to ever host a Formula 1 track.
I remember watching the Valencia tour before and there was like a shanty town in the middle of the track
7:58 Formula E should give the Valencia Street Circuit an upgrade to host the Valencia ePrix(not Road Course)
What about visiting Old Hockenheim? Would be a nice walk in the woods :D
This is the revival of top gear everyone is waiting for!
The old hockenheim would be fun to see
yes we need to see old hockenhiem
Worked at that race 4 times. Fantastic city and location for a race, but track wasn't much good. TBF though the organisers laid on a shuttle boat that would pick you up and drop you off at the back of the paddock and they also had a couple of fridges in media centre they would keep stocked with free ice cream.
Did you notice that not a single one of the superstructures on the old track is anchored in the ground? It's all just parked, almost as if they'd like to have a few races again. Then you'd just have to carry everything away, clean up the track and off you go!
This is so sick 😍
Have you tried going to Brooklands I think f1 raced there like in the 50s idk
You should try and find brawn GPS old factory or visit adilade gp
I can see how without the barriers you’d think this is perfect for F1 but once it had the barriers up it was basically Sochi before Sochi
I live in Valencia and walk that often I’m kinda sad I missed you guys
the citroen in 8:02 is actually the police HAHAHAH
please keep this up :))
Man I'd love to take a motorcycle to that track bit
I some times ride my bike in the good part of the circuit. It would be awesome if any category of motorsport use this circuit again.
Surely Monaco next 😍
The perfect place for one of these videos: Vietnamese Grand Prix Abandoned circuit
Dropping a like for that cat walking around
Great idea, great video. Try not to get arrested.
I loved this track, so sad to see it now
love this video head to india budd circuit next :)
it's sad this is not in the calendar anymore
Alonso had a brilliant win last time they went there
Makes me want to play F1 2012
Try Hockenheimring, Reims or Porto
What a shame ... Valencia was such a nice track.
Would like 2 see more abandoned tracks
i mss you the best track for my forza valancia
There is a track in Valencia used for MotoGP
tracks, factories, just everything abadoned from F1 i would love!!!!!
Dropped a like for the cat
I was chillin there over summer didn't even realise I was on the track lol
Not really F1 related but you guys should check out the abandoned Bugatti factory in Italy. It's just fun seeing you guys in those places. And for the Bugatti factory. Michael Schumacher was there to pick up his EB110 so at least some F1 connections 😄
We had already researched it however it’s been been brought by a new owner with development work already starting, great suggestion though!
@@LiveFastYT ohhhh no that is to bad. I have just been there last June and there was no sign of any work whatsoever. Sometimes things move really quickly apparently. Anyway keep up the amazing work guys and looking forward to the next video 😄.
Do more of these, come to Buddhh its not abandoned but been almost 10 years since last F1 race,
entry fee is $50/ hour though
Bruh, thats rip off.
gotta pay for the upkeep of the white elephant somehow
Too good
Could you go to tracks like the Indian F1 track or maybe the turkish F1 track. Or Better than those tracks go to Mangy Cour in France.
How about visiting the Vietnam F1 track that never held a race.
They should try to reopen it ad use it for track days or heck, even Formula E.
now you all need to fly to yeongam just for content😁
normal ppl: walking around
motorsport enthusiasts: pretends they’re in an f1 car & taps the kerbs
You should go to old spa
‘If you like cats drop the video a like’
Kurt Zouma: ‘no, I don’t think I will’
The old Spa layout could be nicr
Adelaide!
being a Spaniard I loved the video!
Lads, how about Pescara in Italy, raced twice by Sr Sterling Moss!
Is Magny Cours still in operation?
Abandoned part of Hockenheim
That circuit should be a UNESCO World Heritage Site
well, technically the track is not ABANDONED. innit?!
Fun fact- most of those fences are now sadly gone.
It is sad, but i think the condition of the area/track completely falls on the government/organizers of the race not F1. Those barriers look like they are still in usable condition though, another street circuit could offer to buy them.
Go to Buddh next
