620's would still be extremely low. Especially if you have a cam, pulleys, and a new blower! You should be making high 7's at the very least if not 800's
This why you can't bring these camaro to anyone. With everything you have should be around 750hp. Send it to RPM in Delaware. Those people don't know who to tune camaro. Leave and never ever come back to that shop.
