if you see in the guideline of this packet tracer its says: Use shorthand (host and any) whenever possible. So he used deny ip any host 192.168.2.45 because the only network that is connected to g0/0/0 (the interface that the acl will be applied), is the HQ LAN 1 network.

it's suppossed that only Internet users can't access to ftp access to the Enterprise Web, not all users in the schema...
mine is sayint that i did not configure in HQ - ACL 101 and 111 / configure Extended ACL 1 & 2 , what steps did i miss ?

i followed the steps but when you got 19% i got 7%
