I love that the fact someone on your channel pushed you to continue because it’s those little things in your life to makes things better. Never give up your dream.
Be more determined Jason
Jason, thank you so much for allowing us to follow you as you endure lifes gifts & trials. I have great admiration for you. You're a hero to many of us. If you ever need a shoulder, an ear or just to bullshit... myself & I'm sure many of us, are here for you. Keep doing what you do my friend, you rock!
I truly appreciate that!
I had read the comments that Larry's wife had posted on the family page and cried as I was reading her words. I can understand why Larry has opened up his world to you and your family. You, Jason, are a true inspiration to so many people of all ages. Some watch and want to follow in your footsteps and jump outside their comfort zone. Others watch to live vicariously thru your adventures in off-grid life, having your animals with you and building multiple tiny/micro houses on your property. We look forward to seeing your gains and give you often unspoken words of encouragement when you are in a slump and seem discouraged with yourself. I love you and your whole family and appreciate you letting me be a part of the Crocker Family thru your videos.
Big hugs from this crazy old lady from Fort Payne, Alabama. Take care and be safe while you're enjoying that beautiful snow. Oh, the drone shots were breathtaking.
Patricia
ALABAMA! My Favorite Band !
I couldn't have said it better myself. Patricia, you wrote what my heart wanted to express. I completely agree with you. Jason is a great guy with a big heart. Even if later on he decides to leave that off-grid life, he's a winner in my book already! ♡
@@dejaydavisson9938 I live just a half mile from the Alabama Fan Club here in Fort Payne. Randy, Teddy and Jeff are all not only extremely talented guys; they are just very nice people.
@@2crazyinalabama lucky you! I've always loved their music! Would love to be there, maybe run into one of them at the store! I went to many of their concerts back in the day , and miss them now! Thanks for responding!

Epic introduction. I feel it has the makings of a hallmark movie.
Beautiful!!
Jason, what you said to Larry was truly Wonderful,,we are praying that Larry life will be filled with Joy & Happiness 🙏 wishing you the same as well💗
AWESOME
Great video ❤️❤️
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PRODUCTION👏👏👏👏👏
The dogs really like their beds in the micro cabin. So glad you gave Larry something to look forward to, to get up and live life. Jason, you have been inspired by him, .and you inspire him. How cool is that. It warms my heart.
I love seeing the pups curled up in their warm beds. ❤️
There can't be anything better than sitting in a toasty cabin with 4 furbabies drinking hot chocolate on a snowy night. Loved the first face plant.
I don't think the cabin is very toasty if he has to go to bed fully clothed in winter Carharts. With the hood pulled up yet! LOL Hope he does okay.
I believe people come into our lives for a reason. And you will have an impact on others as well. It's like some people are our angels.
And ramen noodles, don't forget the ramen noodles. Noticed you could see his breath while cooking. I'd bet a little insulation would fix that. Maybe he'll get to it this summer. Or... Maybe not at all. Lol...
I know being out there alone is hard on you at times. You have many many people that think about you and pray for you and appreciate your Channel and appreciate what you are doing. Hang in there
and we all pray for Larry and his family.
I believe people come into our lives for a reason. And you will have an impact on others as well. It's like some people are our angels.
Hi Jason I feel Larry because 3 months ago I was diagnosed with cancer I'm living in the moment I watch you and Jelena and your mom and dad and Jared It get my mind off the other stuff i really enjoy watching you guys it get me threw the day Jason and thank you for that and please keep doing what your doing because you got this..I hope you enjoy your day.its fun playing in the snow..love Elizabeth
Nothing better than having a warm place to stay with your dogs. They look so peaceful inside with you. I'm thankful you didn't give Bandit and Pup away. They adore you. It's not the size of your home but the enjoyment you get from it.
Wow .... this video is amazing ... nothing much to say, your talent speaks for itself!!!
If this is what you can do .... I don't want to see you building a tiny house, I would much rather see this kind of stuff 💖 💖 💖
Oh my god Jason just taken look at them then dogs all warm and cosy that was lovely to see them or fast asleep in the warm keep safe and warm all my love Anita to from the UK
Keep your head up Jason you motivate a lot of us. God Bless you and stay safe and warm
I knew you were having a real hard time back then. I was so worried about you. I am so proud of you for making it out of those dark times. I was praying for you.... God is so good. God bless you Jason
My daughter, son in LAW and 6 yr. old Dahlia and 3 yr. old twins are there on 15 acres in S. Mo on their new homestead Since this past Feb. The live with out electricity and running water and just got their lil cabin 2 months ago. I do empathize with you I know what you have gone thru. You are stronger than what you know. And there are many many people out here who love and care about you
Your a special man and talented, kind to animal,a hellava builder, videographer. Never put yourself down.i could never see u in an apt, punching a time clock!love ur little corner of the world, all done with your hands.someday it will all come together.carol
It’s good you got the micro house done before this weather changed.. it would be hard living in the tent with this snow..doable probably but, definitely unpleasant! That was good of you to let Larry how he helped you, people need to be told now and then they make a difference in people’s lives..
Couldn't be any warmer than a tent without insulation in the micro hut. You can see daylight coming in all the cracks in the pop up shed. Lol...
I’d still much rather be in the micro house than a tent! Jason’s choice if he wants to insulate ..
Sure, and it's his choice to freeze his ass off all winter. A dumb one at that, but still his choice. Right... Lol
That is proof of how much we all need each other in one way or another. The smallest things, just a word, can be the blessing needed for the day. God Bless you, Jason.
Not a hater here, I'm a liker. You know this lol. Jason you rule. Larry you rule to. Beautiful video
Jason not to take away from this video, which I believe is just truly beyond words for you ,Larry and his wife ,I saw that post, truly amazing all around,
Just wanted to say in a round about way when we were shut down for 3 months we were stuck in a house taking care of my MIL and it was made clear that it wasnt our house,so I spent the majority of those 3 months mostly cold ,wet and miserable, watching and playing catch up on your channel from present to way back and jareds,And your parents, all of you were my sanity, truly I dont know how I would have made it thru, she has just past recently and we just got into our own place even tho it's just an apt I'll take it,I know there are and will be other struggles but to finally have our freedom oh so sweet, even tho things are crazy hectic now I still dont miss any Crockers or Jaylina's vids, may be late but I'll still catch up, stay warm be safe ,till the next,
Love your pups they are so happy and content
Jason I don't think you have really any idea how many people are inspired by your journey, keep up the great content.and thank you
Omg I read that, looks like you both saved each other's life, that story was heartbreaking yet heart warming ,you two and his wife needs to meet one day .
I read his wife's posts. It was wonderful to read about his transformation as he started watching your videos and found a connection that is slowly bringing him "back around". And knowing that he has inadvertently touched and inspired you, is beautifully poetic. Wonderful video young man, well done!
Hi Jason beautiful cinematography your work is first class. Hope you are doing well. The tiny houses look amazing in the snow ❄️ stay safe and warm 🇦🇺❤️🇦🇺❤️👍👍
....and when you get into that tiny house and have a few more comforts....life will change for you.
Love how you waved at the cows. 🤣🤣 It’s good to see you take time and enjoy the snow. Forget the haters. You have SO many that love watching you. Have a good evening Jason.
Thanks Jason and everyone else.. My dads name is Lance not Larry.. lol but thanks for the video.. he really appreciated it and all the comments!
I laughed and I cried, so I'd like to thank Larry for inspiring you to keep going.
Thank you Larry 😘.
Love and blessings from Canada.
Awww I don't know Larry's story but this pertains to thousands of folks struggling EVERYDAY, everywhere- MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL

Thank-you Larry for helping Jason and thank-you Jason for helping
Larry❤️🌈🌹👏🇺🇸
You are a great young man, don't listen to haters. You have inspired me and I'm a 67 year old woman. I start my tiny home this spring, I have everything ready. My kids and grandkids are all for it, they also want tiny homes with me on the same acreage. So HAPPY!!!!!
Love the beds for the dogs!
Cute goats, stay dry under house.
I'm a senior citizen, I enjoy
your video's. I see why I'm Not
going sliding. I'll just watch. Fun
Nothing wrong with being a kid, you do come across as a good and decent person. And I thank you for your different Chanel’s you’re great.
Many blessings to all who read this. Remember that we all have good and bad days. Check on ur neighbors and loved 1. Tomorrow is never promised to anyone.. everyone stay safe and warm.
He watches us too and it’s awesome knowing I can make him smile 😊
Sending prayers for Larry!
We all love you Larry ❤️❤️❤️🙏
We have a positive affect on more people than we know. Dealing with people who hate us is just part of the game they are just jealous because they don't have what it takes to do what we have done. Keep your head held high and keep being you.
LOL.....Jason, you're killin me, sledding like that. Thank goodness you didn't get hurt
Jason you have no idea how much you mean to older people who are alone and don't get to see their families much. I am 70 and I look forward to your videos every time you post one. It makes my day. I don't think younger people really understand how us old people need a little spark in our day especially since Covid came to visit. So when you think about giving up your channel remember what you mean to us. Thank you for sacrificing you time to share your life with us. Miss Mary Ann. (and God bless you Larry. I'm praying for you)
@@PaulineJ God bless you!
Amen Miss Mary Ann.
There are a lot of Larry's (me included) following you for the same reasons. You give us all something to look forward to. Biologist would call this Mutualism at its best. And you know haters gotta hate, thats all they know. But you're killing it man! Keep up the good work, for all of us
The beginning was breathtaking! I can’t tell you how happy it made me to see you have fun but also to see the pups inside of them micro tiny house, they look so happy and warm but most importantly they are loved by you. They are your protectors and give you unconditional love.
Wow Jason that was great brother,I wake up every day doing what you just said, there is no promises in this world, just love, laugh and be happy, also the micro tiny house looks so comfy, great video man
I've been watching your videos for a couple years now and I've enjoyed watching. This video touched my heart. I recently lost my husband of 15 years. It's a daily struggle to get up and go on in the day. As you said tomorrow is not promised. Enjoy each day and know they are a blessing. Cherish each day, have fun. Have a blessed day Jason.
Listen to Larry. Like YOU can survive during an apocalypse and a lot of people wouldn't be able to do that so we need more people like you around teaching other people that it's not about buying the next shinny thing. They can do things and live with the basics and be strong and get back up... so don't ever stop doing your channel if it makes you happy, at least I know it makes me happy and more motivated to stay on my own minimalist journey.🤗
Your awesome Jason, been watching for some time now. Keep doing you!
It's so easy to struggle when you feel beat down, lonely and tired and the mind tells you give up. I think a lot of us feel this way at times, some more than others. I watch your channel because you always have something new to share. I love woodworking and for me it's fun to watch the progress you are making. Please know you bring smiles, laughter and the sense of pride you show when you complete a project. Keep your head held high and know that you are appreciated and cared for!
So much about this to love...breath taking intro, wall to wall puppies, table sledding (I'll never look at a folding table the same again, lol), and beautiful tribute to an inspiration. Thank you, Larry, for giving Jason the desire to continue. I can't imagine not having any of the Crocker's in my life💕
Always live each moment as if it is your last. Guarantees you’ll appreciate most everything, no matter how small. Beautiful snow
Nice video Jason. The feedback from Larry's wife makes up for all the sad and miserable haters out there. Keep doing what you are doing, who knows how many others you have inspired. I think about when you first arrived on your land with a tent, no dogs, just a stray for a while. You have achieved much and will schieve more still. Everythings looking great.
None of us realise what we have until we can’t have it anymore. Since I’ve become ill I miss such simple things. Like a walk in the woods and all the different scents, textures etc. So for me to watch you, brings me so much joy. Thankyou for that.
Wow great video! This was like.. “The Crockers: The Movie”
The sled was awesome!!!!!
Felt like that was a Texan thing to do LOL.
You have a big heart Jason. So glad you have a warm cozy lil cabin in the woods rather than a tent or truck to sleep in.
Amen man.... Wow ... Prayers for Larry, and much love to his family 🥰🤙🙏🙏🙏🙏
I saw the post of the wife whose husband you spoke of, definitely made my eyes leak! What beautiful meaning and purpose you are giving to him and his wife! 💕
Yes it was
Howdy Larry! ::::: Waving from North Texas::::: Jason, I just love when you film the Dogs sleeping, it literally makes my heart smile. I was asleep today, both Dogs were in their beds on the floor beside mine and I turned over and heard them snoring. It made me smile and helped lull me back off to sleep. You can't get any better than that in my opinion. Stay safe and warm.
Beautiful. Strangers can have such an impact on our lives.
Jason, don't ever give up, take a rest once in a while by all means but , don't give up. You are living my life for me. I am too old and ill to do the things you are doing but it gives me such a boost to see you doing things that I would love to be doing. I am 73 years old, widowed for the last 21 years. I have an off grid cabin but am not able to live there full time, so, I try to spend as much time as I can there in the better weather. (It is way off any serviced roads so it would be impossible to get an ambulance in to me if it was needed) I mean, I do have to be sensible and respect that my family worry about me. I spend my winters watching your channel and chomping at the bit and can't wait to get up to my off grid cabin. Like you, I have no hydro, no water . I have a wood stove and a rocket stove outside, such fun! I have an out house but for after dark emergencies, I made myself a composting toilet. A bit more of an upgrade than yours I think?? I start with a bucket same as you, then I picked up a medical commode chair and set the bucket under it, Way more comfortable than just a bucket, it has arms and a back rest haha. I use peat moss mixed with saw dust as a cover. Also, I have to let you know, I have the same tea kettle that you have, problem is, it is getting a bit heavy for me now, but never mind, it is a good work out haha. So you take care and stay safe , Prayers for you and for Larry. Sandie from Ontario Canada.
Something tells me that your helping more people than you may ever realize. Keep on pushing brother others are watching for sure
Glad you have your animals, they are your strength, they know you better than you think. They can be more of a friend than most anyone.
God bless you and Larry.
And block the haters...
im not a youtuber but i have my own homestead ive been working on for almost 2 years. i watch all of your videos and at times i feel the same way. its good to know that i am not the only one. thank you jason for sharing.
@TheCrockers How you feel about Larry I feel the same about you. Before I meet you and Matt I watched the channels but seeing yall I get outside more as long as I can handle it. Your whole family inspires me. TY
Proud of you and your effort ..organizing your life and work. Having an inspiration like Larry indeed does help get a reality check. TY for including Larry in your life and show. God Bless. Keeping you, your family, and Larry in prayer as you continue your life journies.
Amazing video, you almost made me ugly cry! This really hit the heart. Thank you Larry for sharing, please know you're not alone 🙏 and thank you for making this video I think many of us needed this 😊
That pan shot at 15:50 tho...
There are so many reasons to keep going and enjoy the little things. This is one of my favorite videos, in both style and substance. Cinematic, vignettes of life, the gorgeous vistas, the silly fun, the honesty and truth of it all... this goes to show you can show your life truthfully and still have great cinematography!
And a side note, nothing wrong with emotions! If it’s acceptable to be happy, joyful and proud, all other emotions should be acceptable! That’s part of living! The end of the video with dogs snoring... well that’s pure contentment!
Not to say this old Fart told you ....But I told you there are hundreds of people who are watching you that you are setting an example for ...Keep doing what your doing ...you all are making an impact on an imperfect world......Gods Speed
You inspire more people than you will ever know Jason. What a blessing that you and Larry are to each other. I can only imagine how hard it is for you, But I do know that you are stronger than you think that you are. Stay safe and well. God Bless You.
Love where the goats have been sheltering under the tiny house
Jason, I forgot mate. As far as the HATERS go, YOU have at least 80+ FANS to each HATER and we all love what you do. I know I can't live like you do or even do half the things you can because of my spine BUT watching you gives my spirit a lift . Thank you for that
Mr crocker I know where Larry's coming from. Back in 2015 I had a severe car accident while walking doing my job for UPS. I went flying in the air like Superman. I ended up with seven surgeries and six implants. It took two and a half years to recover. But at 61 now I'm engaging life again. During that time another RUclips channel was the only thing that I could live my life through because I was housebound in a chair. The channel was boss of the swamp. It featured tiny house living in a remote area.
Now getting back to you. you're the modern version of my old channel which I watch both. I also have a story that I'm engaging in. I have a homestead dimension too. I bought a house Kitty corner to my 40 acres I call it the Mcduffy schoolhouse cabin. It was built in 1873. it took us two years just to pick up the trash it was neglected. In time we want to restore the old beauty. Definitely I have my work cut out for me. I also have a son with a progressive disease. He's his last stage of life. But he's a giant killer and fights every giant that you can imagine. He watches along with me. I wish you Larry and I and Matt could sit around a campfire and share awesome conversation. Sit tall on the saddlel for Him (God) ✝️❤️🇺🇸
You help alot of people when they are struggling, your videos inspire others. To get up get out there and make the. Best with what we have. You are out there with no heat no running water, and you are doing the damn thing!!! Some may have more, some may have less, but no matter what we have you teach us to go after our dreams. You have helped me through a many of hard times. I just about lost my daughter, came very close. You helped me through those times and many more. Love you and Jaylena. Thanks for keeping me going when I had nothing left to live for.
Awesome video, you had me crying! A lot of us on here has your back. Be safe, stay warm and sleep well. God Bless!😊❤️
The inspiration that you pass on to many of us about looking difficult challenges in the face, encourages so many to take those baby steps needed to make even tiny changes in our lives. To show that courage through the tough times shows the character that was instilled in you as a young man growing up. May God continue to give you the strength to keep teaching and reaching for that next rung in the ladder of life.
See right in the moment HE SHOWS UP...He sends the Person who simply says Yes Lord! Then we are Inspired Again!!! 🙏🏻🌹😊🥰
Amen!!
Amen 🙏
Definitely a three dag night.. loved seeing the homestead.. the hard work and the fun.. I used to come home and play in the snow for at least an hour..
Love love those pops! They are so happy with their beds and to be inside with you.
You my dear man would be amazed at how much you do. Not just for Larry but myself as well. So I want to THANK YOU for all you do for my spirit.
This video was inspiring , you have a special spirit Jason a kind heart for others , love that, you inspire a lot of us to do better. I am thankful I found all the Crockers but especially you it’s the mom in me just want to take care of you love and prayers ❤️❤️💕🙏💕
With so many losing their homes or figuring out how many decades their home will take to pay for...I am sure many would love to trade you places right now. You got this! Keep your head up. Many blessing to you!
Awesome video bud. I get it more than anyone will know. That was cool of you to dedicate it to him.
God bless and stay safe
One word can make or break a person...You just made Larry's day.. So proud of you ..LIVE, LAUGH AND LOVE
I love the new look of the intro and the dogs all curled up in thier beds. Aww.. Be careful with the sledding but have as much fun as you can. I'd rather watch this than tv cuz it's real.
Jason you are a true honest good hearted man..I love and respect your whole family..I laugh so much most times watching your videos..You inspire so many people, more than you will ever know. Keep going, never stop..Even if there is HATERS ignore them. The World is full of them, they will just put your spirit down. I am so so glad that Larry s wife send you this special message.. He is also inspired by you, that is why he always watches your videos ... Larry if you read this you also inspire others.God Bless you..

Looks like you are having fun in snow!!!!
Jason, i view you as if you are my son. Im so glad u discovered the reason u are doing what u are doing. The Creator has a mission for you to give people encouragement, new ideas & learning, and smiles. Ignore the negative comments. The percentage is minimal compared to those of us who believe in you and learn everyday, including fun and laughter. Believe in yourself and the goals u set. Dont be so hard on yourself when some things dont work out, it's just an opportunity to learn. You are an important contributor of fun, learning, enciuragement, and discovery. Go for it...God is blessing you and thru you the rest of us!!!
WOW, I LOVE THIS VIDEO! BEAUTIFUL INTRO. ANIMALS LOOK GOOD.
You can't give up on anything, no matter what. I have epilepsy I can't do much but I do what I can even to help others, or whatever it maybe. I have my day's where I don't want to to do anything or be around anyone but I'm here and I'm very thankful for that and my family and friends.
Everybody have a little kid in them having fun in the snow
My husband has dementia and that’s hard seeing him not remember things. And watching you has helped me. I only watch a few channels. I look forward to all your posts. Watching you build your tiny house. Keep it up.
Agre Jason when I read his wife story how you where an inspiration to her husband brought tears to y eye's. Just goes to show you that you never know the effect you have on other's.
Loved your outdoor and drone footage. All so beautiful and clearly show your talent. Thank You Larry for inspiring Jason to continue. Without all the beautiful video clips, the laughs from his silliness, the personal memories brought back to mind with the things he does I would have a much more lonely and boring day. You Larry, have just brought joy to so many people by just being you than you'll ever know. For all the people who don't write, I say Thank You, Bless You and may all your days bring you Simple Joys.
Jason, this video is your masterpiece. The entire esthetic is incredible - it flows so smoothly & beautifully, yet the viewer quickly realizes the hard work it took to craft it. The drone work, the various perfect positionings of the camera (my favorite shot is the camera placed on the floor by the dogs showing them all snuggled up while also capturing you in the background by the wood stove), the minimal talking makes the viewer feel like they’re spending a relaxing day chilling out with you. The well thought out PERFECT soundtrack. And you pausing the show midway through to share the personal message.
This is obviously a huge labor of love... & it’s all a gift for you, Larry.♥️ Larry - you might also enjoy a magnificent channel I subscribe to, “Trout and Coffee”. It’s epic, & this video of Jason’s has all of the same feels.
Again, “BRAVO” Jason!! 👏🏼👏🏼
Jason....you are a HUGE inspiration to many out there. You have NO idea! I would be sad to not see your channel. I love yours so much and all the rest of your family. Prayers for Larry. When you told this story I got all watery eyes. Keep doing what your doing Jason. We all love ya! The pups are SO lucky to have a sweet daddy like you. Greetings from Wisconsin. Karen
I love how the pups all snuggle I have 3 German shepherds and they have to have their own space
Jason this was probably one of your best videos ever. I so see the soul of my sign in you by your loving spirit and your warm heart. You are always helping others and giving of yourself and putting yourself on the back burner. It is especially wonderful to see you Jaylenahelping each otherAnd working together side-by-side. Take care of yourself during these long hard winter months and you will see I just reward by spring I so enjoy your videos and it helps me to be connected to my son Justin who has departed this world due to diabetes love you much
“Remember where you came from, where you're going, and why you created this mess you got yourself into in the first place.”
This video ran the gamut of emotions for me, from the scenic openings which inspired awe from the beauty of it, on to the tittering laughter at your antics in the snow, and at the end the raw emotion of two people inspiring each other and lifting one another from a dark place with the knowledge that you are not alone and that you matter.
Jason, I really hope the haters don't get the best of you, because there is so much people take away from what you are putting out in the world. I sense a little bit of loneliness creeping in there. Hopefully I am wrong, but if not...just know that you have many people out here rooting for you, and Jaylena, and your family...for health and success. Stay warm and enjoy that beautiful adult Lincoln log world you have built for yourself and your beloved animals. You are appreciated!

You crack me up!!! 😂😂😂 Your snow antics made me laugh. I love my better cheddars with mayo, chili, and onions.
Oh man I hear you on people like Larry. I have a few people that have been there almost every video. Its why I am chomping at the bit to start going places cause I know someone is watching me to get away from their lives. Glad your still sticking to it and you didn't stop
