- WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MUSIC SYSYEM WE HAVE ❤️
This was super duper fun to do with my lovely dear son #skandamanjunath
This #tala goes like this, One cycle equals to
9/16 X 4 = 36/16
6/16 X 6 = 36/16
4/16 X 9 = 36/16
3/16 X 9 = 36/16
2/16 X 18 = 36/16
1/16 X 36 = 36/16
Hope you all like this!

Linked to this from Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater keys player). Super amazing job on the rhythms!!
my western music theory brain is exploding. This is fascinating. One of my teachers showed me this a few weeks ago and i've been searching for it. Awesome stuff

I’m fascinated! Is this written as a rhythm piece, or did you create it and share it by rote only? Do the verbal sounds have meaning?
Thank you, yes I did create this piece and it is memorised my my son and myself. No rhythmic notation as such. Maybe an Indian notation can be done
