What are some of the credentials of the Messiah according to the Tanakh?
    * Messiah was to be born at Bethlehem: Micah 5:2 (Micah 5:1 in Hebrew Bible)
    * Messiah would be from the tribe of Judah: Genesis 49:10
    * Messiah would present himself by riding on an ass: Zechariah 9:9
    * Messiah would be tortured to death: Psalm 22:1-31
    * Messiah would arrive before the destruction of the Second Temple: Daniel 9:24-27
    * Messiah’s life would match a particular description, including suffering, silence at his arrest and trial, death and burial in a rich man’s tomb, and resurrection: Isaiah 52:13-53:12
In regard to lineage, birthplace, time, and lifestyle, Yeshua/Jesus matched the Messianic expectations of the Hebrew Scriptures.
And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication. They will look on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son. " Zachariah 12:10, check also Isaiah 53
The Mashiach walked upon the waters. Job 9:8 "Which alone spreadeth out the heavens, and treadeth upon the waves of the sea."
Psalm 77:19 "Your path led through the sea, your way through the mighty waters, though your footprints were not seen."
The name of the Mashiach in Isaiah 62:1 "Because I love Zion, I will not keep still. Because my heart yearns for Jerusalem, I cannot remain silent. I will not stop praying for her until her righteousness shines like the dawn, and her salvation(YESHUA) blazes like a burning torch."
    Jeremiah 23:5-6
"The days are coming," declares the LORD, "when I will raise up for David a righteous Branch, a King who will reign wisely and do what is just and right in the land. In his days Judah will be saved and Israel will live in safety. This is the name by which he will be called: The LORD Our Righteous Savior.(The LORD our Righteous YESHUA)
    Proverbs 30:4
Who has ascended into heaven, or descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is His Son’s name, If you know?
Yeshua, Jesus of Nazareth came and died on the cross and rose up on the third day, by his blood that he shared on the cross of Calvary 2000 years ago, if you repent and believe you shall receive full redemption!!! Maranatha!!

I am not Jewish or anything but you missionaries need to stop bothering these people with your ignorance and gross misinterpretation of the Hebrew Scriptures.
First of all no where in the New Testament does “Jesus” claim to be a “Messiah”. He does suggest however that he himself personally considers “John the Baptist” to be "the expected mentioned in the Hebrew scriptures" somewhere in the novels or as you call them gospels. But then the whole New Testament is riddled with inconsistency.
Secondly let us say you are right “the Messiah was to be born in Bethlehem” whatever; problem with the quoted scriptures (Micah 5: 2) is it is specific that the expected shall be “a ruler of Israel”. "Jesus" having been caught, tried and executed for treason by the Romans (not the Jews) in a military attempt to overthrow their government failed to full fill this scripture. And the book of the Acts records that he was not the first.
Thirdly you state being “born from the tribe of Judah” as a prerequisite for being a Messiah. Knowing this the New Testament “brilliantly” conjures up a genealogy that traces “Jesus’ father Jospeh” to King David but on the same chapter also claims that "Mariah mother" of "Jesus" was with child before she met with Joseph. This like many things written in the New Testament defy logic and fail dismally when subjected to critical thinking.
“The Messiah (shall) presents himself by riding on an ass ”????.
When you read the part of the New Testament that records “Jesus”’s acquisition of an an ass and his subsequent riding therefore it reads like a blatant deliberate fulfilment of this particular scripture word for word. In other words a complete setup, something anyone could have pulled off very easily - get an ass, ride it and close the case.
But then prophet Zechariah you quoted here lived at a time when the Jewish people really needed a "saviour" not in some abstract future but in their lifetime. He was a contemporary of a certain Nehemiah/Zerubabel who the Hebrew Scriptures records somewhere else as having entered Jerusalem "incognito" on an ass on a covert mission to rebuild the Temple right around Zechariah's period or shortly there after. When you read the record you get the feeling that this Nehemiah/Zerrubabel might have not have knew about this prophecy because how else could he have not taken the opportunity to gain himself some validity like "Jesus" did according to the new Testament by riding into the city in full view of cheering spectators. Now with that considered the question is who is really who in the Zoo? The guy who deliberately fulfils a prophecy in full spectacle or the guy who fulfils the same prophecy presumably unknowingly in secrecy?
“The Messiah would be tortured to death: Psalm 22:1-31”??? And exactly how was he to rule dead?.
“The Messiah would arrive before the destruction of the Second Temple”???
Please read the quoted scripture carefully because it uses time frames. It's a historical fact that the Book of Daniel concerns itself with the restoration of Israel as a nation during the period of Babylonian captivity. In the book when read with a reasoning mind Daniel clearly prophecy the rise of the Persian Empire whose prince/ruler shall facilitate the restoration of Judea as a province and the subsequent of the rebuilding of the Jewish Temple. This prince/ruler I believe is mentioned by name in the Hebrew Scriptures and the word "anointed" is used as a reference to him. Quite interesting considering that the word "messiah" is Hebrew for "anointed". Also concerning time there is more than 200 years between the Persian era and the Roman era which casts “Jesus” out of the time frames stated in the book of Daniel.
The Suffering Servant??? Oh yeah it always boils down to the suffering servant doesn't it. That is why "Jesus" suffers so much in the novels. But then the truth is this: you missionaries are reading Isaiah 52:13-53:12 incorrectly. In fact it is safe to say you are reading it out of context. When you read the entire book of Isaiah carefully from the start to finish it becomes clear that “Jesus” is not the suffering servant talked about here and as a matter of fact he is not the subject of the book at all. For argument sake read Isaiah 53:10 it says this about the suffering servant - “he will see his offspring and prolong his days,” - something to think about considering that "Jesus" dies without progeny.
Finally take my advice and stop repeating what you heard. For pure spiritual bliss seat down read the Hebrew scriptures thoroughly and think about what you have read before you speak about it. Never be on a rush to teach so say "James" the brother of "Jesus" .
