I’ve watched quite a lot of bloopers and I’ve never actually heard the actors say “it’s okay” after the others apologize for breaking character. From what I can see, these are great people. 💗
I think it's because Jeanne was new to the cast and probably felt bad about messing up. The others were welcoming and reassuring her because they are nice people. I don't think they make a habit of saying "It's okay" or whatever. Then again, I think I did hear it at another point in the video.

@@ChaseNCSU Yeah he has directed a lot of them but isn't the only reason an actor might yell action... 4:18 you will hear Jayne Atkinson (who played Agent Strauss) yelling action and I do not recall her directing anything.

No the scene was supposed to be moore saying the names then after aj says her pile of names, she just got confused on who’s saying it first

Can't believe they fired him :((
They fired him because, when directing a season 12 episode, he kicked a member of the crew. They had had enough and fired him. Thomas had been suspended once before already.
Muffintops the writer he kicked was egging him on and purposely messing with him to get him mad. it's also not the first time the cast had a problem with the writer.
Muffintops at least get the full story before trash talking someone.
Chase Ace I wasn't. I love Thomas, he's a great actor and I'm sad to see Hotch go. I'll miss him loads. I was telling the story as I had read it on many news sites.
