I suspect that not even this is actually the full version of the song, but it's as close as we're ever going to get. It's possible a "full" version was never really even produced because it was only made for HP2 as a promotional thing.

I have the Dancemania Happy Paradise 2 version - the song stops at around 2:06 (though on mines it's 2:34) I don't know how you found this but you found something extremely rare - you effectively found a lost media version of this song (at least lost to us Westerners)
