the donut blocks actually do move! you just have to put your finger on the very back end of them to push them up and down

I've actually seen some collectors use these minis as action-figures FOR their action-figures! Maybe they'll work for that. Also, you're suppose to fold the top-flap over BEHIND the picture, kinda like a sandwich-board. (And YES, they do connect to form a panorama.) =)
