Kyle Challis good eyes. You're right.. The stock secondary clutch on this sled does come with a torsion spring, however the Cudney Clutch Kit we have, replaces that with a compression spring. Bills set up works the clutches slightly differently than the stock set up.
Paul Lentine we did a video but it didn't end up on RUclips. Initially we mounted the scratchers closer to the outside of the floor boards mid way up. But during testing we noted it wasn't providing enough cooling or lubrication. We ended up mounting it close to the tunnel sides and slightly more forward. This made a big difference in performance of the scratchers. We heavily tested them every time there was low snow conditions which resulted in them only lasting the season. The cable scratchers ended up fraying and breaking. We subsequently went to the Ski-Doo scratchers and had much better success in performance and longevitity.
I have the ski doo scratchers. I'm new to this sport at almost 50 so I'm learning. I went to my dealer and told them what I had then went to BPR and it doesnt match up with what I have on online install. This should be an easy install. I was hoping you did it on the 1200 so I could see whats up
I'm watching the vids. .. fellow trail rider... I like it!!
Does the secondary in the 1200 not have a torsion spring?
