I tried this recipe. Instead of sugar I used jaggery for pudding and country sugar for caramel...
The taste was superb and perfect texture 👌👌👌

I tried this recipe. It turned out good. I have some suggestions to share. Also, the caramel you add earlier does not blend the sugar in any way. So,while making the biscuit batter, add slightly more amount of sugar than you normally take. Other than that, it was really tasty. It even had the fluffiness of a pudding.

Thank you for your recipes - you make everything look so easy and doable! So far I have tried poori, masala tea and wheat cake. One question for this recipe, is it ok to use brown sugar instead of white sugar for the top caramel part?
