At 7:10 Four T's Pizza is the best in this part of the island. I ve tried them from Zejtun to Hal Luqa and they are the best. I order a Mexican pizza and a couple of capri's from there just about every weekend. I just ordered now and can't wait

Back in the mid-2000s, Champ in Paceville/St Julian's had the best square pizza. I think they've changed the pastry now and it's not as good.
I was told that the yellow dough is due to ammonia being added to the flour mixture... I don't think it's actually a good thing dough (lol)
to my knowledge more yellowy dough means more egg yolk in the dough mix
