Yep.. I recall just getting my du’s. Having been doing CrossFit for a few years, I had just assumed that one day I would just “get it”, but it never happened. It wasn’t until I devoted significant time and concentration on du’s that I finally got them down, and it took a couple months !!
Thanks for the great breakdown. It took a few days but I’m slowly starting to get it. I love the sound of the rope once you get into a flow. I also noticed how important the BREATHing is when it comes to a good flow. My body is pumped to master this.
The reason I couldn't do double under was kinda stupid... it's that my hand weren't swing fast enough...I could only do it occasionally and I'm pretty sure I follow all the step taught in the videos, but I end up realising that I have to swing faster at my wrist...
For 3-unders is the speed-LE worthwhile? Saw a video of Dave Hunt doing quadruples. I got into double-unders after Dan Witmer did that 300 calorie double under video, ruclips.net/video/p-9QliuJvwY/видео.html, he made it look too easy.

Try to find your own cadence, this will be different according to your skill level and height of jumps! Experiment with different songs!

For a triple under you need to rotate your wrists real quick and get a bit higher off the ground. Have a the speed-le will make it much easier!
