I really do love that new Fenty Foundation. It’s really awesome. Not sure about the skin tint for me with my oily t-zone. I do powder everything. I really prefer more coverage anyway. Hmmm. I did pick up the same two colors of the Prada you did - the PH one and the Guava and I do like them both!
I've fallen for the Rabanne Balms that are exceptionally creamy and beautifully tinted. They're much cheaper than Prada, yet I adore Prada Lipsticks too. I haven't yet tried the Balms. Do they feel creamy to you? I'm more concerned with the Universal and so-called Ph Balms, as they look more transparent than the other three. I'd love to know how they feel to you. I have very dry lips and always applying product throughout the day. Since starting on my Rabanne pair, I just can't put them away as they feel so good. The packaging is just as good as Prada, yet it's a AU$20.00 price difference between them. I just want to be sure. Thanks so much.🇦🇺💖
Yes. I wonder about the newest Fenty product with oily skin but if you prefer more coverage anyway you are super safe to skip this one

So far I’m just keeping the refill but I wonder if it will make the product thicker. Because it seems kind of open if that makes sense. Like it wants to kind of drip out the top but I actually have a lot of foundations that are like that. So I think it’s probably fine but could be a bit messy

You're not alone! I'm back on the wagon after the Byredo Mineralscape Eye Palette and patiently waiting for the Selfridges Sale at the end of the year. I call mine a 'low buy with exceptions'. That's for those special one off L/E purchases such as Mineralscape. Even my Delivery guy mentioned that I'd had very few deliveries compared to almost everyday! I don't think I can remember so many all on either a no-buy or low-buy at the one time. Hang in there!💖

Rebecca, I've been so curious about those Prada Lip Balms since I saw them! My issue is that I have a few of the Rabanne Lip Balms that are super creamy and nothing like a traditional balm. They even have a lovely tint and cost about AU$20.00 less than Prada and these Rabanne come in pretty swanky packaging too! Ever since Prada released its Beauty Line, I've wanted that darn green coloured Universal Lip Balm just because of how lovely it looks. You know that I have problems with dry lips, so no lip product is ever wasted on me. It's just the price difference between them. I'm totally in love with my Prada Lipsticks and bought every single Eye Quad they released! Sorry, but I can't bring myself to buy an incomplete product. Call it OCD if you must. The only time that I've ever bought refills on their own was two Valentino Lipsticks that weren't available during sale time in anything but the refills and I really wanted those two shades. Although, I did buy a bunch of complete Valentino Lipsticks that I can alternate with. I've been so curious about how creamy the three new Prada Tinted Balms are, so your timing is perfect! (Please let me know if they are much different to the Dior Glow Balms, as they are nowhere near as creamy as the Rabanne beauties. Also, are the Universal & Blue/Pink creamy?). Although, I'm still remaining on the wagon and not about to buy anything I don't need yet. I won't be buying Dior's Glow Balms anymore, especially after diving into these Rabanne ones. I've got the Toxic Lips which is a true lilac shade - not pretending to be pink, and Bloody Kiss which is a dark reddish-burgundy shade. They look good on, feel fabulous and the packaging is a silver-toned metal with a light pink towards the bottom to distinguish it from the other ranges of Lip Products. I came down ill again over a week ago now, despite not yet recovered from the first bout of whatever hit me!🤷🏼♀️ At least this time my voice only went completely for a day, although it's sounding fairly croaky at present and my throat is quite sore. It could be the temperatures in the minuses that are making my throat appear sore, when it's only the freezing cold air affecting me. At least I've dragged myself out of bed, which I couldn't stand a moment longer, and have now set up on the lounge along with comforter and a big thick faux-fur throw over me. So, you're now appearing on the big screen again and not my tiny tablet! It's now after 0100hrs, so it's fairly cold at present, even with the heater on. I've only got my ceramic heater going as the split-system will warm up too much and when still a bit feverish, not all that fun. Whilst I'm under this mass of a fur ball, I'm fine. I see that you've cut your hair. Wish you could fly over and take care of my disaster. It's far too long and I need it shoulder length or shorter again. I just spent over AU$300.00 just to have my short front hedge cut back! It really needed it though and the guy did a fantastic job. It's so hard to find anyone around here willing to get off their rear ends and work. I asked my Postman, who I've known for nearly ten years that if he knew of anyone who did gardening and not just lawns, to let me know. Apparently, he scoots up the street on his little vehicle that goes along the footpath and encounters a cute young guy finishing up a gardening job. He told him about me and pointed out my home. Not more than ten minutes later, he's here and asking what needed work! He came back just days later and the job was done. I'm just so relieved I can tick that one off, but it doesn't leave room for over-priced luxury Lip Balms! I'm going to try and hold out until sale time at Selfridges, as they reduced the Prada Range and endless others too. There was literally nothing available from Rabanne. Do you still use your Valentino Flip Eye Palette? I adore mine and the shadows blend so beautifully. Such a great idea too. I'd love to get my hands on the first one. I was only able to buy their matte Lipsticks as everything had sold out and I didn't want every shade to be red. The mattes are so smooth and creamy too. I'm so glad I took the leap and purchased the annual shipping from Selfridges. I couldn't speak more highly of them and they deliver just as fast as if I order from Melbourne, my nearest capital city! I'm not aware of Prada nor Rabanne Cosmetics available here still. I got so tired of waiting or just missing out completely. It was Prada that pushed me over the edge and I had to own them. I just couldn't choose between the Eye Palettes, so got the lot! Don't regret it for a second. I just applied a bit more of your Gen See Gloss. Can you believe that it's still going after all of this time? I've rambled on long enough. lol the shock of waking up to a new fenty complexion product. And then it being 10 shades! I don’t love the refillable package concept, it feels a little unnecessary (it’s just more plastic to me). But can I resist a fenty skin tint? Probably not 😂

I dont understand the refill system for complexion products If it works without the outer packaging can't they just do away with the outer packaging otherwise they are just making twice as much packaging? Not sure if I'm being very clear. Refillable lipstick case makes more sense to me.
The products will work just the same as refills, yet won't look as glamorous without it's full kit on. Depending on what the packaging is made of, having an outer shell can be protective and easier to hold and stand upright. I do prefer to have the whole product, yet I'm not purchasing at the rate that Rebecca is and it makes sense for her to cut as many corners possible to save money.💖

I agree. I rarely find I need the case the refill goes on and I typically only order the refill.
Clear plastic is more recyclable than colored plastic. The case isn't recyclable, the insert might be. This lets you have a nice outer packaging if you want it, but not have to throw it away when it's empty.
Looks super beautiful, dear Rebecca!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩I find the LE skintint, yes it does not cover much redness, like Sisley or Dr. Jart does a bit better, not like foundation, but better. But i find the LE skintint a bit dry, makes my skin dry, and i really pamper my dry skin. I don't get the hype either here. It’s an unpopular opinion but the LE skin tint is not a favorite of mine. People always ask me to compare that one to others and I think I prefer nothing to that one. So that’s an easy choice

Well, there is not a dream skintint, foundation is, to cover up redness etc. When i used my CDP dark blue tube Saturday evening, i was sooo happy! But when i want to look more "put together" i prefer Sisley and Dr. Jart over the LE.
As always - Thank you for your review. Have you tried the Shiseido synchro skin tint? If so, how would you compare the fenty, Lisa Eldridge and the Shiseido? The Shiseido is what I currently use but am curious to see how these others compare. Thank you again!
I love the Shiseido. I think I prefer that and then this one in the middle and I don’t care for the Lise Eldridge even one bit 🤗

It could also bw it was a tester and a lot of people test the tester. So it may have lots of bacteria,etc. Make sure to only swatch on hand and not on face. It's also better to buy,try, and return (if you don't like it).

It has been such a slog. I have a formatting issue with my channel and they have been taking subs away from me for four months straight so it took me three months to get here and it usually takes me too. I was starting to give up hope

The second lip product Rebecca applied was a Lip Balm! Prada have their original mint Universal Balm and have added four new ones to the range. The blue Ph. reactive one and three others in a tinted Balm. Prada's Lipsticks are exceptional and I'd love these but I'm on a low-buy with exceptions at present and hope to hold out until Selfridges Sale time! Don't exactly know if that will happen, yet I'm trying! If you're not willing to spend that much, Rabanne Lip Balms are wonderfully creamy and considerably cheaper. 🇦🇺💖
Right? Those reactive pinks always look crazy garish pink but, by the same token, I can never resist them. They get me every time. Tom Ford as well

The new glowy foundation is my favorite and this is my second favorite. my third favorite is her powder foundation. The others haven’t really worked for me

The Fenty moisturizer is beautiful on you. This appeals to me more than the foundation. It’s so hot and humid on the gulf coast of sw Florida light coverage is a big plus. Still, so far the Sweed Beauty has been the best for everyday for me. I’ll go to Sephora and ask for a sample. I agree with you on the new Lisa Eldridge. Interestingly it’s the only product that I own that broke up on the lower portion of my face after 6 hours of wear. I’s not a favorite. I have my eye on the Noisette or Maple, Prada balm.💗

I wanted to try the Prada lip balm, and I picked Maple. (One of my grandcats is named Maple, so I considered it a sign!) I love it. Could I find something similar for less money? Maybe but I love Prada Beauty, and I regret nothing. If I get another one, I’d get the Guava!
I like when packaging is sold separate from refills (if the refill can be used alone). I always know what I’m getting that way, and it’s easy to be very deliberate about what I’m doing. Sometimes when they sell it all together and also just refills, I accidentally choose the wrong one on line-because they are frequently just one listing. You have to figure out which is which or why one is $8 less than the other. (I’m looking at you, Sephora) But that’s probably a me problem 😂😂

Prada Foundation is great along w allthe others I have so this is an easy pass for me. The Prada Lip Balms lookreally nice but Ill wait for a sale! You're not alone! I'm wanting the Prada Lip Balms too but hoping to hang on for a Sale! Selfridges reduced all of the Prada Range last Christmas/New Year and that's what I'm aiming for, unless they have another scheduled. Nothing wrong with purchasing on Sale, it's the reason why I can continue to buy so much, due to being wise about when I buy.🇦🇺💖

I am not a skin tint fan, prefer med coverage, yet you make these look interesting. May I suggest a skin tint review of all? I looked to see if you have already done this and don't find it, yet if you did and I am not seeing it (I'm getting a bit older 😙) would you point me in the right direction?
I did a skin tint video but it was absolutely forever ago. I definitely need to do an update
I don't understand the tinted products. I have discoloration on my cheeks and if I want less coverage than I usually go for then why not go for a lighter foundation? Maybe I am not the target market 😊 Love your reviews 😊

Oh boy, Mary. I really have to think about that one. The thing is there’s so many. And it has to be classified as a tinted moisturizer? Because there’s so many light foundations also. I gotta think on that one. I get really technical.there was an urban decay Hydro mania thing that was amazing. But I think the winner for me is the newest hourglass tint.

I think folks are expecting too much of a tinted sunscreen. It’s sunscreen with a tint to it. I wouldn’t expect blurring, etc. I wore it out of Sephora today and it was 102 degrees. No setting. Nothing. And it was fine on my combo oily skin. Just like Fenty’s other sunscreen. Will I buy it? No, that’s too much for sunscreen. But I’ll wear the sample until it’s gone alone and under other foundations.
Wearing it under other foundations is such a good idea. It’s just a nice little barrier of sunscreen
I think I'm slowly getting burned out of the glowy look. Everybody is coming out with these highly moisturizing skin tints that are starting to look greasy. Between the glowy moisturizers, and the lip gloss and the sparkling eye shadows, I'm getting ready for a toned-down look for a change. Matte is starting to look better and better to me lately.
