Faro di Capo Comino / Lighthouse of Cape Comino

The Capo Comino lighthouse is a prominent structure on the east coast of Sardinia that has guided shipping in this region for over a century. It stands on a rocky outcrop that marks the easternmost end of the island. The lighthouse was built in 1908 and is 18 meters high. It sends a white light signal every five seconds that travels up to 15 nautical miles¹.

Sehr schön und scheinbar ruhig aber wenn man die Küstenlinie anschaut ist zu erkennen dass es hier auch heftige Wellengang gibt...
