Oh my gosh that title just made my day 💚 This looks so cool. I love how the teeth are acrylic that's so darn cool. I love the gummy dirty paint job around the mouth. Nice work Charlie 👍
AWESOME! I always enjoy watching your videos! They are so cool and easy to follow, that I you so much for doing what you do every day! You are an amazing person and makeup artist and you inspire me to do more challenging makeup!
Pinkstylist do you ever save your prosthetics? I bought a nice clown one last Halloween for about 60ish. Wanted to save it for next season. Coated with glue remover and put plastic wrap over it and in a zip lock. Would this be good. Any other way you suggest? Thanks in advance.
Thanks so much hun! And I absolutely will! I'll be doing more of this type of makeup for my Affordable FX Series as well as more of my regular face paint tutorials :D
You are my favorite make up artist on RUclips!!!! You’re the only one I watch!!! I don’t even wear makeup and I can’t even do make up but I still love watching you
That looks awesome Charlie, I love the shading and the blending of the colors put into this makeup tutorial. You should definitely go on Omegal with that makeup, and maybe feature some puns like you did with your Vampire look, but that's a suggestion of mine.
This is so cool! Love your channel! Is the prosthetic re-useble? And can you paint it before putting on your face? (I think that would be easier?) Greetings from The Netherlands
Hey Charlie, I love your videos they are amazing. id love to do some of the bigger stuff, like this, but I'm allergic to latex. Is there an alternative I could use to achieve the same effect? i would greatly appreciate it.
why does this not have more comments?? either way this is amazing! you are the reason i started getting into sfx makeup. i cant wait till i can afford to get more supplies and practice. so far ive just dont cheap halloween stuff. love you!!
Looooooove iiiiiiit! You are awesome. I love watching your tutorials they teach me so much about blending shading and placement of patterns. Your so cool.
One more thing. Skelington gloves are awesome but I allways find them flawed big time. They need the bone pattern on the palm to. It would just look so much cooler if you raise your hand and it's not just black.
How do you get the prosthetics off again? Are they useable again afterwards? I'd actually like to see you 're-use' an older look with masks/prothestics just to show us what we need to do when we want to wear an older mask again.
Oh my goodness, this is so awesome ( as always )!!! I really love it *,..,* It kinda reminds me of Dracula's bat creature form in the movie "Bram Stoker's Dracula" ( which is one of my favourites ) so this fact makes me love this make up even more :D Keep on doing your fabulous tutorials!
Daniel Contreras I can't really tell if you're being serious or not, but if you are, he actually mentions in the beginning of the video that he bought it.
I've always had a question while watching all your AWESOME videos and tutorials. 1st of all you have incredible talent bro, and its amazing what little you use on the making of these masks (Or should I say Make Up). But I've always wondered if after making these faces is there a way to permanently keep them like if they were masks? What i mean is It would be really cool and you could like build a shelve and have them all together like a showcase.
Any chance you could do a video on how to take the makeup and/or appliances off? And maybe one for those of us who have facial hair? :) And of course, an Omegle for this look? :-P
Another great work of art. If I saw this character staring at me (without speaking) I would definitely think it's a genuine monster, and I'm generally a huge skeptic.
A small tip to really help blend the edges of the prosthetic, use latex, (or whatever you want that's sticky) and small tears of 1-ply bath tissue. Then just layer that on wherever the prosthetic meets your head!
Reminds me of the Nosferatu vampires from Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines. Which, I also highly recommend for your gaming channel. It's considered one of the best RPGs of all time and I think it definitely fits your horror and campy tastes.
Rawr, not going to lie. That intro was a bit scary, although not nearly as much as your Until Dawn Psycho and Vampire Bat makeups. Wow, I can't believe it! The teeth are actually part of the face prosthetic, which is rare if I am recalling correctly.
Tips to Mr. Stylist I've watched your video for a while and I have always wondered why you keep your light-source so very bright. The image is overexposed, meaning all light colours "burns" the image. An example is in the beginning of your video where you show the prosthetics and they shine bright - "burning" the image. You could easily fix this by filter your light source or change your cameras settings. Also you should maybe look into a 3 point lighting setup. I think it would be ideal for you since a fill light would "light up" the harsh shadows a main light provides and a backlight would make your "break loose" from your very dark background. The backlight could of course be shut down when you want to blend into the background due to some of your character-makeup where the purpose is to fade into the darkness, but in your drag-makeup videos backlight would be lovely. Love your videos nonetheless, but you could really level up your image quality by fixing the overexposed image issue.
Hey fluffs! Did you know I now have stickers available on my online store? :O Well now you do! :D www.charlie-short.com/stickers.html
Pinkstylist I love the stickers!! ❤❤
I need to get the stickers 😁

Pinkstylist 🤔
I love the stickers
I love how you seem so innocent and your makeup is straight out of hell itself

Scott Seagrave there were 2
There are WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more than just that one!!! xD
Oh my gosh that title just made my day 💚 This looks so cool. I love how the teeth are acrylic that's so darn cool. I love the gummy dirty paint job around the mouth. Nice work Charlie 👍

I have Pop Rocks and I love to hug. Let's do this.
I just came to this channel and I love it I've already seen several videos❤😊
The thumbnail scared me so bad. I saw a notification for Pinkstylist so I opened my phone and I nearly fell off my bed
I'd already seen it while on my computer, but when I went to bed and it was the only thing on my phone screen in a dark room it got me.
NataProblem same lol
Can you make a video to talk about sclera contact lenses, what they feel like, what to look out for, what newbies should be aware of, etc? :)
This makeup looks like me in the morning
AWESOME! I always enjoy watching your videos! They are so cool and easy to follow, that I you so much for doing what you do every day! You are an amazing person and makeup artist and you inspire me to do more challenging makeup!

wow this is amazing, the amount of effort you put into these looks is incredible keep it up!
Hey great job, I love all of your makeup tutorials but can I ask why did you start to do special effects makeup? x
I love your make up designs pink. they are absolutely the best!
This is possibly one of the top scariest makeups you've done. Will you be using more prosthetics in the future?
Thanks so much hun! And I absolutely will! I'll be doing more of this type of makeup for my Affordable FX Series as well as more of my regular face paint tutorials :D
ScullyJam. I agree, this is one of the scariest makeup tutorials I've seen Charlie make
Your intros are so creative, and the makeup is incredible!! ❤❤❤
You are my favorite make up artist on RUclips!!!! You’re the only one I watch!!! I don’t even wear makeup and I can’t even do make up but I still love watching you
Next, you should do a character from Detroit Becomes Human, maybe an Android. But anyhow, always impressed by each video!
That looks awesome Charlie, I love the shading and the blending of the colors put into this makeup tutorial. You should definitely go on Omegal with that makeup, and maybe feature some puns like you did with your Vampire look, but that's a suggestion of mine.

OMG!!! This is freaking awesome, when I saw the notification I was scared. I really love this makeup tutorial, thank you Charlie.
Hey Charlie, I love your videos they are amazing. id love to do some of the bigger stuff, like this, but I'm allergic to latex. Is there an alternative I could use to achieve the same effect? i would greatly appreciate it.
Reminded me a little bit the Elder (one the oldest and powerful vampires) from the tv show Van Helsing.
Every intro to the make up tutorials are savage! Love you Charlie 😘
What a great prosthetic, the movement it allows is really good! LOL, you just look so happy, like a kids' show host!
Man, you're a masterclass when it comes to make up, I love the way you do your makeup!
why does this not have more comments?? either way this is amazing! you are the reason i started getting into sfx makeup. i cant wait till i can afford to get more supplies and practice. so far ive just dont cheap halloween stuff. love you!!
You sir, are a truly gifted artist..... love your work and appreciate all the time and effort you go to creating these masterpieces.
Charlie, you are way too good for this world. Another amazing tutorial!!!
Wow! Excellent wordplay and wonderful design!
It is one of the best make ups that you have created
It's weird how easy it is to be sure that it's you moving behind the make-up, your facial expressions and head movements are really distinctive!
How do you get the prosthetics off again? Are they useable again afterwards? I'd actually like to see you 're-use' an older look with masks/prothestics just to show us what we need to do when we want to wear an older mask again.
Can you make Freaky Fred's make up, or Ghoul's make up (from Fallout) please? =)
AndyLullaby or mabey a ghoul from the Witcher 3
:O Yeah!
And I mean a full body makeup tutorial too
Ghoul fallout
For some reason this vid is stalling and pausing to buffer a lot, no other video is behaving the same :( i really want to watch this!
RedVelvetRabbit That's weird. It's happening to me too. I'm on mobile.
Andy Cavvelwood me too!
Me too
This has actually happened to me on a few other videos. I wonder why.
Glad I'm not the only one whose experiencing this same problem
Absolutely amazing as always
Dat intro tho! Nice job :D would love to see intros like that more often!!
Oh my goodness, this is so awesome ( as always )!!! I really love it *,..,* It kinda reminds me of Dracula's bat creature form in the movie "Bram Stoker's Dracula" ( which is one of my favourites ) so this fact makes me love this make up even more :D
Keep on doing your fabulous tutorials!
I really love how you sculpted your foam prosthetic. So detailed. 👍👍
Daniel Contreras I can't really tell if you're being serious or not, but if you are, he actually mentions in the beginning of the video that he bought it.
Spawn of Death I am. It's pretty awesome
Awesome video dude! Keep up the amazing work! :)

Another excellent tutorial ❤️ can you make some more of your own prosthetics masks to teach us please. Love all your creativity x
That's surprisingly emotive! I could still tell it is you just from that.
After you used a prosthetic, can you wash it off and reused them again for different stuff?
Any chance you could do a video on how to take the makeup and/or appliances off? And maybe one for those of us who have facial hair? :) And of course, an Omegle for this look? :-P
I'll see what I can do about the removal process! Thanks for the request! As for Omegle... watch this space!
this is the scariest makeup you've done 💖
Another great work of art. If I saw this character staring at me (without speaking) I would definitely think it's a genuine monster, and I'm generally a huge skeptic.
