How to enable Auto Tray Switching Konica Minolta

This video shows you how to enable auto tray switching in Konica Minolta MFD's and fix the annoying paper mismatch error when the printer stops printing and nobody else can print until this error is cleared.
Extract from User Guide:
To display: Utility-User Settings-Printer Settings-Basic Settings-A4/A3 - LTR/LGR Auto Switch
If the Paper Size are not loaded into the paper tray, you can specify whether or not to print on paper of a similar size.
When you select ON, size conversion between A4 and Letter automatically occurs and images may be partially lost.
OFF is specified by default.

but this does not work when printing a5 document or any custom size . it always ask me to choose tray or add same size

What about just going to utility, sytem settings, paper tray settings, miss matched paper size, continue printing or stop printing, select continue printing.

nope that was already ticked in Basic and does not resolve my problem..
