if zelda's up special has a weird hitbox, she could've made it if you timed it right thus hitting the bomb.
I would like to take this time to mention how it is nice how you show echo fighters at the sane time. Some channels don't do that
Except Roy and Chrom. They are always separate for whatever reason.

I would debate Ganondorf can make it. There is a little more space to go lower with his dark dive so the final hitbox at the end of it hits the block
