You are doing so great showing actual things needed in looking for and booking loads instead of other youtubers who show only theory part of freight broker business but not actual practical things , we need more videos like this , please if you can
Thank you for the comment it really helps , And yes you are correct I see alot of other videos talk about how succesful they are ETC then !!!!BAM they want you to sign up for paid Training lol.
@@freightagent7122 yes you are absolutely right, can you please make more videos on cold callings and and how to make quote like actual written stuff for quote?
I know this is an old video but bro, THANK YOU for posting this!!! Nobody else I have seen on youtube is actually talking about how to use this common sense strategy with the load board and how to price it to the shipper! Everyone else is straight up posting BS and getting you to waste time so they can get likes and subcribe BS. We are here to MAKE Money damn it!! Thanks for being real!
I was going to ask about this....so when you are quoting a rate for a shipper, you are taking the load information and just comparing the market rates? And when you send the numbers back to the Shipper you add your fee to it? So if the market said the average for that lane was $850 you are telling the shipper you can do it for $1000-$1100 or so?
@@freightagent7122 Would you say you can lose out that way by taking so long to get back to them? I ask because in all my trainings they made it seem like you needed to get back to the shipper as fast as you can if possible. Or if you automatically can quote them that's the way to go.
@@anthonyjohnson9291 Man that's a good question, I would say you just have to build a relationship with them, a lot of times they will offer you loads right away but it's because the lane is really shitty and if you are just starting out most likely you won't have trucks. Don't try to be to professional man you just have to make at least 100 calls a day. be persistent insistent and consisten.

Golden Nuggets man, thanks a lot for these videos and i hope you will drop more for all of us beginners.... Thanks A Lot Again...
Great video man, no one shows like this.
When quoting the shipper I said to quote them what the OO tells you but Obviously, you add the profit that you want to make. My Mistake there.

@@brianj1203 You Post the load once you get about 2 quotes from trucks .Then you quote the shipper.
@@freightagent7122 Thanks for responding, I have my freight brokerage active and I was wondering if I can send you an email?

Thanks for sharing information.
Why not use load boards? I’m new aswell
Loadboards in my opinion are for the 80% of brokers outthere the wannabes . Only use them when starting out.
So your shipper search has been successful so far?
Yes sir, I just Make 100 calls a day at the minimum.
Obviously
Thank you
How did you color code your email and how did you ass the color tabs in email
How long does it take you to respond to the shipper
I send an email right after the call and follow up with them 2 times per day.
