To clear some stuff up, Aizawa doesn't have 2 quirks. The scarf floats because items around his head float like his hair. The scarf is a support item that he developed a fighting style with. I'm not gonna go into detail about how the scarf bends and works, if you wanna research look up how he controls his scarf and read the results and you will figure out the details.

This is really great but I think you're reading the comic backwards. You read it like a japanesse manga but I believe ots supposed to be read the other way.. Amazing voices for the characters though!!
It would be more of an extension of his erasure quirk, since it is eye based and he needs to get the item out of his line of sight. Like how Mic has more resistant eardrums and better hearing. It isn’t really a whole new quirk, just a side adaptation.
I think that Shota Azaiwa should be in 1A I mean he can ERASE quirks like he could erase a VERY powerful quirk but it may be more tiring so I think he could have trained it better in 1A lol but I still LOVED this lol
