Unity in work forces and people need to stop holding the race card and we all need to be judged on the service we give all people of colour or geographical back ground. and look at the service we give to each other and base peoples attention to there ability's and there gifts we all carry and know what is the common purpose i feel we need to implemented as all cultures have quality's to give to humanity at large . it is not about colour, nationality, religion its about serving HUMANITY and meeting the needs of each individuals with LOVE.
I really appreciate this. The only concern is how a BAME colleague who is high risk on covid assessment will be supported? Who should take action or decide avoiding unnecessary contact with COVID-19 patients.
