I agree that Amy Lee (Evanescence), Floor Jansen (Nightwish), and Sharon den Adel (Within Temptation) are by far and away the three best female vocalists in the business. Speaking of Within Temptation, you should seriously check out their song, "Our Solemn Hour" - the live version from their concert Black Symphony. You will be BLOWN AWAY by this song, I guarantee it.

Of course 90% of them only know Bring Me to Life and My immortal and that's where their stupid opinion comes from.

I think people need to take a minute to apreciate her piano skills as well. It's amazing how she fits these classical style piano lines around hard rock guirars and still sings so well.

Amy voice saved me as a teen. I was so low and hearing her.... it made me see the beauty of life. I still struggle daily with self harm, and I'm officially one month clean of it, but when I need a way to keep going, I listen to the voice of angel and remind myself of that beauty that she made me see as a young woman.
They just recently released “The Chain”, a reimagined cover off Fleetwood Mac’s classic. It’s meant for Gears 5 video game. It’s a taste of the sound they’re bringing with their next album. It’s seriously dope.

The Kal yeah, they just entered the studio late January and wrapped it up yesterday. Basically, they will work 3 to 4 songs with different producers during several sessions until they finish the whole LP. They said they want to try a different approach this time and instead of focusing all their efforts with only one producer for the entire album, they ll try something new. Also, Amy teased that the general sound will be some open door-ish, being dark and heavy. To be honest, it sounds really promising.

Lost In Paradise - Evanescence
Alex you need to react to “Imaginary” by evanescence. It’s one of the songs off of ‘Fallen’ and it’s very underrated. You get the signature eargasms of violins, guitar rifts, piano, and Amy Lee’s voice. There’s no music video, but you need hear it. You won’t regret it! Personally one of my absolute favorites from Evanescence.
The version from their "Origin" album is the best one.

If you google, "evanescence free downloads" click on link evanescence reference, the page wil have their discography and an interview with Amy and Ben then under that will be a list of a bunch of demo songs you can download for free. Amy and Ben created this cuz people were selling these old demos for a profit. Don't buy them off other people. Evanescence does not get any of the money

I think that a lot of the reaction videos out there should be called NON-reaction videos. Tonight Alive, and We Are The In Crowd. Both bands have the same vibe as Ledger, but they have a much larger catalog of music. And the music is great! One more female fronted band you might want to check out is Orianthi (like Ledger, Orianthi is her name and also the name of her band) Orianthi does lead vocals AND lead guitar, and you have to hear her, she shreds her guitar! :-D 👍 😅

@@kelli_kellzIMO Amy Lee is hands down, without question, the absolute best when it comes to female vocalists! That includes singers from other genres. I consider her vocals on My Immortal to be the best female vocal work that I've ever heard! Anywhere! Alex needs to consider the sheer volume of comments that he gets for a first day's commenss to show him that he needs to do MORE Evanescence, and to do some of Amy Lee's solo work also! I look at all the comments that he gets for other band's videos on the first day ( IMO the numbers don't mean much, after that first day) and they look insignificant compared to how MANY comments that I'm seeing here today! This is almost like reading the comments after a video has been up for a month in terms of total comments after that long. MORE EVANESCENCE! :-) ❤Amy❤
