Oh no not *157* of my _lowest secondary_ stat. The thing I don't care for. That's even the Mythic version. There's nothing wrong with this.
Cool and powerful item honestly. You'd have to be _REAL_ nitpicky about this to say it's a bad thing. Like really really nitpicky. Even if say 4 people had this near you - it's such a drop in the bucket compared to the upside. The irony is that it's actually insanely selfish to want to keep a tiny amount of the stat that odds are isn't doing anything over giving someone loads of their best stat that is going to be an insane damage / usefulness amp to them.

The real question is do your allies actually lose the stats, or is it simply flavor text.

This is awesome!!! Let them give us a bold item like this. Haters will always hate anything outside their nutshell. I think its worthy trying. Every time they try to belance an item or a class It gets fucked up or when something is funny in game they remove the fun. So, i think its gonna be awesome to have this item in game

since it steals the lowest stat. probably wont be a downside to stealing stats. if you haste/crit and it takes some of your mastery or vers you probably wouldnt really notice

I don't think items that allow 1 person to have fun at the expense of others are something they should implement, this will inevitably just end up being a case of healers and tanks/worse dps getting the bitch job of standing near the person that gets to have fun.
It’s 137 of your SECONDARY stat for 8 seconds you are literally delusional if you think that would affect you in anyway
