no, Vesper is pretty different from Starsea, more netural, with more focus on microcontrast and detalisation compared to Aria, they are a bit sharper on treble and thinner on mids

Hello, I'm really sorry, but I didn't have this two models simultaneously, so I can't compare them. And I didn't test Kinera's cables yet. But IMHO instead of buying cable that costs the same as IEMs, it's better to get IEMs that are two times more expensive :) And yes, I like Vesper with classics, as I prefer it with a neutral signature

if you'd like a bit of warmth, Vesper won't be the best choice, it's more neutral. BA5 is warmer (but I can't call them warm anyway). Did you consider Shozy Form 1.1?

Thank you for the clarification. In this case name was taken from the cocktail in the "Casino Royale" novel. First models of QoA were named after the different cocktails. And that cocktail was named after the Bond's romantic interest in that novel, and she was named exactly after the vespertine star. So, the origin is latin, but with a few intermediate steps :)

sorry, I can't. don't have KC02 for a really long time by memory, KC02 was pretty bassier, so they have more lows, but to be honest I'm not confident here

@@santibergallo I have few but not a lot. I heard a lot of iems because some of my friends let me borrow theirs for a week or month. Sometimes to me they all sounds the same even though I can clearly hear the difference of their sound signature. It's hard to explain but you know the feeling that it doesn't matter whatever iem you use as long as they're not very very garbage and my expectations about iems has gotten really low and they don't blow my mind anymore like when I was very new to the hobby.
probably not. sometimes it's really hard for me to tell the difference "by memory", but in practical A/B comparison (even a blind one) it's relatively easy to tell the difference but of course there are some models that is hard to distinguish (e.g. typical V-shaped chi-fi hybrids)

And I didn't test Kinera's cables yet. But IMHO instead of buying cable that costs the same as IEMs, it's better to get IEMs that are two times more expensive :)
And yes, I like Vesper with classics, as I prefer it with a neutral signature
