STARTING GTA 5 ONLINE FROM SCRATCH (Character Creation)

There is no crossplay allowed and my friends recently picked GTA 5 back up, but on PC and I have always played on Playstation. I may or may not have illegitametly acquired this GTA game at a discounted price, but hey we're here. I plan to stream whenever we plan to get a session in!
