The Faroe Islands maintain a despicable and brutal tradition of whale killing and I would urge anyone thinking of Visiting the Faroe Islands to reconsider. The whale killing must stop.

Why is it despicable and brutal? Pilot Whales are not endangered and the whales are instantly and humanely killed with a spinecutter. And above that it's a non industrial way to get meat, therefor better for the environment. Buying beef from the supermarket supports the giant meat industry from abroad, where animals are kept in horrible conditions while being pumped with chemicals and growth hormones.
The whale killing in the Faroe Islnds doesn't have to stop, but your ignorance does.

Hmm.. this video is about fish, not some other issue. Your statement seems more like harrassement or trolling
These islanders live a lifestyle far better in balance with nature than ANY industrialized nature. They prefer local organic food from animals that actually had a good life, including the very few pilot whales they eat. They are slaughtered in quikc humae ways. Yes it looks brutal and bloody, but so does any slaughter. You and many city people seem so out of touch with food and nature you to quickly jump ahead and judge without thinking about the origin of your very own food which is kind of the same if not worse since most industrialized animals never had any freedom.
