Look JYP might not be a great businessman or a great CEO but to his artists he's a great role model not only his work as a producer and mentor but also his hardworking ability. And also his company motto of being humble and genuine is the reason why his artists are the artists we love who are down to earth, genuine, very talented. I know a lot of you are mad because of his way of limiting artists' creativity like that one time he listened to JayB's song for 5 seconds and turns it off or that time he said youngjae opens his mouth too big when singing, of course it irks me too but that's something that happened in a show, shot for maybe a couple hours. JYPE’s company can give great training and basic knowledges to their artists about the field of music and how it works. Yet they are clearly showing their inability to manage their groups properly. They do not give them proper promotions and just use them to gain money. The reason for their artists’ good reputation is mainly because of them debuting in one of the big three companies. Because they are the top three companies people expect them to give good basic training to their idols. Hence why their idols are always all rounders. They don’t aid their groups after their debuts though. Everything their groups create is purely from their own pure effort and not the company’s help. JYP ,which everyone seems to make excuses for him, owns 1/4 of the company. He is the ultimate higher power when it comes to decision making. He only aids himself and puts down everyone else. He did give them some good advices over the years but he only cares about his own career. If he truly wanted to aid Jackson and the others with the division 2 issues he would have done it many years ago. He has to decide whether he wants to be an artist or a CEO. He can’t combine them both properly. It would have been better if he departed completely from the decision making of the company and sold out all his company shares. That is the only way for him to be a proper artist. Yet he also wants to profit from other people’s hard work without helping them out.

JYPE’s company can give great training and basic knowledges to their artists about the field of music and how it works.
Yet they are clearly showing their inability to manage their groups properly.
They do not give them proper promotions and just use them to gain money.
The reason for their artists’ good reputation is mainly because of them debuting in one of the big three companies.
Because they are the top three companies people expect them to give good basic training to their idols.
Hence why their idols are always all rounders.
They don’t aid their groups after their debuts though. Everything their groups create is purely from their own pure effort and not the company’s help.
JYP ,which everyone seems to make excuses for him, owns 1/4 of the company. He is the ultimate higher power when it comes to decision making.
He only aids himself and puts down everyone else.
He did give them some good advices over the years but he only cares about his own career.
If he truly wanted to aid Jackson and the others with the division 2 issues he would have done it many years ago.
He has to decide whether he wants to be an artist or a CEO.
He can’t combine them both properly.
It would have been better if he departed completely from the decision making of the company and sold out all his company shares.
