I'm thinking that's because on the other side that it probably seems like just being here "an hour" (just a short time lol) so we probably thought, "Oh yeah! I Can totally do this! I LOVE THIS! It's so succinct and accurate. I had to pause the video to cry 3 times. And when Christian said . . . "It's okay" with respect to all the fear and suffering, I felt myself accept and allow all the "crap n' crud" that spews out of me and disrupts my daily life to be fine - - - necessary - - - and all right.
