Lemon Pepper Chicken | Best Chicken Starter Recipe In Hindi/Urdu With English Subtitles

- Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe is a tasty starter recipe of chicken cooked along with lemon and pepper with corn flour slurry
METHOD
1.First we need to marinate chicken
Take chicken - 1/2 kilo and put deep gashes on it
To it add
Yogurt - 100 gram
Lemon juice - 3 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 3 teaspoon
Salt as required
Chopped coriander leaves
Mix it well and marinate for 30 minutes
2.Heat oil - 1 tablespoon
To it add
Black peppercorns - 1/2 teaspoon
Cloves - 2
Cardamom pods - 2
Cinnamon stick - 1
Bay leaves - 2
Chopped ginger - 1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic - 1 teaspoon
Saute them
3.Now add the marinated chicken pieces and roast till dry and color changes to golden brown
4.Make a slurry of cornflour by mixing 1 cup water with a tablespoon of cornflour and add it to roasted chicken
5.Add
Fresh cream - 2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilies - 3
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Mix well and the recipe is ready
I have made this recipe so many times.. Its an awesome delicious recipe.. Today i made it again after many days and my son just loved it like every time.. Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe..

Yes you can skip it ..I too tasted it before adding cornflour it was too good...Corn flour just gives this recipe a glossy look and extra thickness
