I feel like Luka lack of athleticism is going to limit his full potential but he’s going to be a hall of fame player as long as he stays healthy.

That was my first full match I've ever watched, i live in Costa Rica and they don't broadcast the NBA, and I don't want to pay for the app 😁 so i got a link from a friend and watched the whole game on my TV, God it was exciting! My family didn't understand why i yelled YEAH! when Luca hit that 3, i was rooting for the Mavs cause i like the European trio that they have.

About that "game winners montage" at the end...here's the deal. All of the other shots...LeBron, Dame and Kawhi...were taken with the game TIED!!! I would have pulled that trigger because a miss means OT!! Luka's shot is on another level!! Miss...and that's a LOSS. Takes way more pressure to pull that trigger!

Donovan Mitchell has been the MVP to this point in the first round of the playoffs.
All he has done is average 39.5 PPG in lifting the Jazz to a 3-1 series lead against the Nuggets, while dropping his 2nd 50 piece of the series last night.
Yeah hes been super impressive. I have personally thought he was overrated and he is shutting me up hard super happy for him. Want to see him against a good defence though. Next round should be fun.

“Luka will be a top 5 player in the NBA this season, he will carry the MAVS to a top 4 seed in the playoffs, he will make it to the western conference finals”
I missed on the top 4 seed but so far I’m on track for 2/3.
The only reason why Shaq isn't really shocked over this shot is because he played with kobe😂
Facts
My two take:
1. PG nor Kawhi guarded him for that last shot. Dunno what Doc is doing.
2. Luka is just accustomed to pressure especially that he's a Euroleague champ.
NBA's future is secured with players like Luka, Donovan, Young, Murray, Tatum etc. Feels good man.
Kawhi was on him, but they switched
@@souloddddd That's the thing, why switch especially with a smaller defender? Doc should've just benched Reggie for defensive purposes.
Kawhi or PG should've just "sticked" their bodies to Luka even though he's really lower on average than his other teamates (Curry and Hardaway JR). Luka will take that shot regardless.

In every one of those 40 point buzzer beaters, the teams were all tied so the pressure was off for that player.
In Luka's case, if he missed the shot, it was 3-1 in the playoffs whereas the other teams all had another 5 minutes of OT.
That is what makes this shot so special. A 21 year old took that shot to essentially go from losing a game to winning it.
Scored the last 7 points for the Mavs. Including a game winner. Luka is special.
