I wonder what you could have bought for £2 in The White City Stadium at The1908 Olympics?

I googled £2 in 1908 equivalent value today and it came up with £307.46
£100 in 1908 would be equivalent to £15,373.15 🤔🤓
Also a pint of beer was 1 penny a trip from Birmingham to London was 20p
A ticket to the 1908 games cost 12 pennies
A litre of petrol cost 4 ½p
