Proxxon MF70 - Motor Connector Enhancement

  • In my previous video, I've upgraded my MF70 to a 3650 brushless motor. With the upgrade, I was using 3D printed motor-spindle connecting parts. They were seamlessly integrated. However, the durability of the 3D printed parts became a concern for me(although there were no sign shows they would be broken). Furthermore, the original parts using plastic material were not helping in cooling of the motor. So I've redesigned the parts and used aluminum for most of the parts. Now it becomes much better in durability and perfectly solved the cooling issues :-)

    Wow! That part you made seems very strong for the MF70... and you made it with the MF70 itself 👍

      Thanks!! And yes, it was made by MF70 itself! My concern was the durability of the 3D printed parts. So I decided to make good use of them: make the aluminum replacements while they were still in good situation. :-p

      谢谢!!我改装BFW E40和MF70的主要目的就是为了自己做模型或日常生活中加工强度要求高的金属零件,对于强度要求不高的零件,3D打印更方便。所以以后我如果有关于MF70的视频,应该主要都会是切金属的 :-)
