Mr. Lawrence, in regard to your gasoline question, I use non ethanol gas in my boat exclusively. They sell it at the store near painter creek boat ramp. It’s a little more $$ but most definitely worth it because the ethanol is horrible for your carburetor/fuel system.
Also I think you might enjoy trolling crankbaits if you’ve never tried it. I’ve had my best luck at patoka trolling cranks at 1.8 mph over midlake humps. Pull them down to 10-12 feet 😉

Thanks for the gas info...I'll keep that in mind for sure! And I have seen boats at Patoka trolling with several rods in the water...cool...I just learned something new :)
