I'm going to disagree with players enjoying quantity over quality of the update because it's been about a month since anime defenders updated and it still has a decent player base, I personally think the issue with vanguard is the quality of their content as update 1.5 wasn't good compared to past updates since the event gamemode isn't fun even with friends it's just a pain to do with none of the event characters being worth the grind not including diavolo but most players won't even get him and the only unique parts of the update was the talismen other than that it's a basic raid update with no incentive to grind unlike als where the update adds units worth grinding for, Anime defenders giving you a purpose to grind with the skill tree, and decent units, even anime reborn adds units worth grinding for without them being impossibly rare. I was not paying attention to how long this ended up being.
I agree with you, I feel like Anime Vanguard’s updates have been lacking both quantity and quality. If they’re gonna make us wait a month, they should make the update worth that long…
