So in the shot with the pregnant woman smoking - the guy on the right is actually doing what’s supposed to happen. It’s the “play with” interaction which is base game. The guy on the left - and in the next clip - is what happens when the game decides there’s not enough room to pick the kid up but then proceeds to play with anyway 😂
it happens so often and it's quite annoying

I have the story progression glitch too, I've been seeing kids and toddlers own houses/apartments on their own with no adult, and sometimes it's just pets lol....I'm like umm...who's paying the bills?
the glitched out torso is caused by a base game top, i've tried to contact EA about it but to no avail. Another fun glitch is that if you have cottage living and city living, you can put a talking toilet in Henford-on-Bagley (on a lot with wild foxes trait) outside and foxes will come talk to it!
It said in the patch notes that came out yesterday for the upcoming patch, that it should be fixed this monty
The fact that I recognized all the glitches with the toddlers…. I have no mods and they still happen all the time. Tho honestly I am more annoyed over how the game can’t give me the option to manually feed them in highchairs anymore
Really? I still have the "give food" option. But I don't use high chairs anymore because Sims are stupid and they constantly take the toddlers out of the high chair, put them back in, take them out, way too frustratiing when you're just trying to get the kid to eat.
For the sneak out window, I believe teenagers can interact with it at night to "sneak out" if they've been invited to a party. For the trellis, there are decorative ones (the one you used) and functional ones (in the ladder section!). The ladder will automatically put the vines on it if it is directly up against a wall of the house! It's a bit tricky, and somewhat wonky, but still works! I have to lock the window sometimes because my sims will prefer to use it instead of the front door 🤦♀
The high school years window doesn’t matter anyway. Every time my sims get the option to sneak out, they just leave through the front door and no one cares.

I had the exact opposite wedding experience where 6 sims died from freezing at an outdoor wedding and all the guests blew bubbles. To be fair, I forgot what season it was when I threw the wedding because my sims lived in oasis Springs and I held the wedding in Newcrest.
I don't care about the eco lifestyle bags over the head that much, but!.. somehow the NAP in my neighborhood voted bags on the head should be a thing, and then one of my Sims died, so on the family tree FOREVER Will be one of my favorite Sims with a bag on his head. The absolute audacity of this game.
I'm literally lmao right now. Scott the cat was actually my post. I literally screamed when I saw it come up, I love your videos.
Basically what happened was that Sara Scott was the owner of the house and cat, and she died, and Pickles the cat somehow got the house all to himself. His face in the photo just killed me.

The hybrids can happen unintentionally, too. My vampire sim was abducted and came back pregnant. Usually the pregnancies would either yield full aliens or full vampires - but this time my sim had triplets and I didn’t find out until they aged up to teens that they were hybrids and they were BROKEN. The game basically melded both alt forms together and couldn’t save alt form appearances in CAS so changing forms would randomize the sims (both their normal and alt form) beyond that having them as hybrids had my game suddenly lagging badly. Luckily their dad had max vampire lore and mixology so I was able to easily make the vampire cures leaving all three as full aliens. The only trace left of them being hybrids is the ‘former vampire life’ moodlet that comes up every now and then.
My game was modded but the only relevant one was that I upped the abduction chances since I almost never get them otherwise.
I had a mare maid werewolf hybrid twins, at first I didn't know it was even possible so I found out only when they first transformed as teens, they were both extremely cursed. But they kept getting more cursed every time I went to CAS. Their beast form is useally just not editable (prob why the person in the video had Thier hybread in such a weird outfit, the game prob didn't even let them edit it) one of my hybread's beast form started out as no bottom part, no shirt, and cursed face I can only describe as "spicky", and than it turned into a semi-human sieluwet with gray skin tone and wolf ears, but where human ears would go, instead of on the top of the head. The other twin had a phase with a similar thing going on, but with a mare-maid tail for the bottom, and the game allowed me to put leggings on him, which turned his mare maid tail into legs, only that the legs still had mare-maid color and texture.
Also had verius glitches to do with not having any items show up in the CAS menu (when it actually let me open the menu at all for the beast form)
The CAS of the human form is all fine, in live mod the beast forms looked fine for the most parts, the mare-maid and werewolf gameplay all worked exactly how you would expect (aside for when I try to have them go swimming while rampaging), it's just the beast form CAS that doesn't work
@@fruity4820 I'm guessing things are variable depending on which species melded together. From what I've seen mixes with werewolves and mixes with mermaids are usually the most cursed in appearance since their alt forms are less humanoid haha
@@fruity4820 It took me ages to realise you meant "mermaid" by "mare maid"! I was imagining a horse in a maid outfit or something haha!
1:30 it comes with parenthood and this is the "play" interaction it's actually really cute when not buggy 😂

@@florencevatore6996 Nope! Base game. I wonder sometimes when people insist that there’s so much more to parenthood than just pop-ups… are they 100% sure what is and isn’t part of the pack? I still haven’t bought it, but let’s plays always seem to just show those value question pop-ups and the annoying “make a mess” action. 🤷🏼♀️

One of my sims threw a house party and one of the guests was ectoplasming like nobody's business while everyone else was dancing. That was really funny and traumatising and the same time
All these glitches are so hilarious XD I also found a toddler living alone due to story progression. The thing is a random sim dying in an accident now and again makes it more interesting but not when they kill every sim off day by day it's just ridiculous lmao like it should be a rare thing
The ectoplasm glitch happened to my game with no mods/cc. One sim was walking by a new build and family's house, and they had the ectoplasm glitch as they casually walked by. It is truly terrifying. I never saw it again.
5:20 I know a way. Make your sim every type of occult using cheats (shift+click on the sim). I think what breaks it the most is making a sim a vampire and werewolf at the same time
Not sure if you’d be interested in this, but MizoreYukii has a mod that completely blocks NAPs from going into effect in any world so you can still have all other features of the Eco Lifestyle pack. You can still do community voting/repealing on the NAPs if you choose to, or you can cap them out and things will continue as nothing ever happened. So you’ll no longer have people with bags on their heads, going around kissing every stranger they meet, or being dazed/drunk from drinking juice.
Ooh I don't remember if I have that one or not but I'd better check.
You can turn off weather effects on sims in the Game Options tab under Environment.
Went slightly insane watching you try the crawling out the window.
Basically for it to work it must be on a second story with 2 floors on either side of the window. once outside you must go to ladders and get the ladder versuon instead of the decorative one. then it will work. honest mistake :)
I see we have the return of the spidersim!! My fave glitch in the game is the T posing doctor, I wish my birthing experience was that simple for me. It is like the doc has a superpower ---Tpose and the baby is born. I want them to keep that one.

In seasons, you can go to game settings and turn off “temperature effects” which enables everything about the seasons pack but just turns off your sims moodlets and deaths being affected by weather. So it doesn’t reduce the power of death by overheating/freezing, it just turns it off completely, but sometimes it’s just less annoying to turn it off and still enjoy the seasons 😂
you can turn off temperature deaths in settings. there is a mod to banish emotional deaths too, for PC!
Omggg recently i've been getting the superhero toddler grab glitch so often. It's gotten to the point now where i'm just numb to it 😪
I miss how you could entirely change the season settings like in sims 3. You could choose what seasons would work, all of the weather (including mist) and you could even change the length of the seasons PER SEASON.
Yeah.. but you can do the first one with the UI cheats mod ! (Modders really carrying this game bruh) And the second one i believe in the gameplay settings, you can choose the season lengths ^^
@@icantclapwithoutmyhands You can change the length of the seasons... but not 'per' season. All or nothing :/ All on 7 days and so on. I even hate that I am forced to pick a season on start. And I don't want to add any more mods to my game. It is getting quite sluggish lately.
But honestly, modders should just all work together and make their version of the sims... dare to bet it'll be the best any sims game has ever been and ever will be and they'll be making gooooooood money. I'd buy their game for sure.
@@Dao_Tui ohh i didn't know that 😭 i really don't understand why they normalized to pay thousands for a game for it to become at least playable lol, even like that it's still lacking so much and don't deserve those prices i just pirate it 😭 you're absolutely right :( they really should just hire the modders if they are too lazy to do something on their own (EA)
1:21 it's not a pack actually. It's just the play option that for some reason has been glitch in the last few days (for me at least). Sometimes it works, sometimes it end up looking like that.
Parenthood is the glitchy pack. The animations are adorable... When it works. Its a problem with and without using mods.

Supposedly the t pose doctor birth one was fixed in the last update. Right before the update this happened and it was defs a bit tramatizing because it warped us back to the house in there as well
I wouldn't know since I use Pandasama's realistic birth mod lol. I haven't used the machine birth in ages.
omg my sim ectoplasmed while walking down the street in a pink sweater and looked like fuking contorting slenderman coming for my Sims. Amazing 👏 I had no idea what it was until I took to the internet and now I wish for it to happen 🤣

The Hunger issue I believe is due to Slice of life.... my sims would always die of hunger when it was green or yellow and a lot of times my hunger would be full, but would be red and my sim would die. I deleted slice of life and it worked fine.... not saying it was solely SOL doing it.... possibly not working with another mod I had, but I do know that I havent had the issue since I deleted that particular mod.
I have the glitch where my sims are dying of starvation but the bar is green. I have no idea how to fix it 😢
I think for a lot of people this was actually MCC? If you have that or any other mods make sure they’re fully updated and delete the cache file
I had a similar problem but my bar was lagging and my adult sim randomly died even tho it still had a bit of hunger, i had to reboot my old save file...
Hi! @3:49 of the video, I think the trellis is located at the ladders section. The neat thing is the ladder automatically spawns the vines too
I have this glitch, 2 of my Sims were hugging, their arms clipped and did an awkward hug. Another glitch, same sims, one was petting the small dog, the sim bends down while the arm clipping upwards
I have that one all the time lol.
Also to make your Sim start “ectoplasming” just wear the belted cardigan from base game and then experiment with zoom
I came to say the same! If you do have it and want it fixed (and can use mods!) Scarlet has a fix 🤣🤣
I always forget about that glitch until I see a random Sim at the club having a body anomaly 🤣

I had a glitch similar to the vampire/werewolf hybrid but it was just poor Lou Howell. In his werewolf form one of his eyeballs bulged out of his head 🤢 I had to pick a different eye preset to make it go away.
The first one has been happening to me so much but it doesn’t really matter that much as they do what they’re supposed to do instead of bugging every other time

5:57 this is me when I have to do a spring clean just before and inspection (I literally have one in 5 days).
I always watch a little RUclips for 1 hour before and after sleep, then I get a move on (thankfully there’s rubbish night between now and the dreaded day).

The wild ghost glitch is specific to the base game cardigan w the belt around the waist. If you’re zoomed out a certain amount it will start glitching out like that.
The reason it didn’t work with the trellis is because there’s actually a separate one that looks the same as the decorative trellis but it’s in ladders

I can't get that stupid window to work, either, when I have tried to use it, everyone else uses it except my sim. You can lock it so randoms can't come into their home, but I honestly don't know how this window is supposed to work.
The second one, happens to me a the tome and it's the greatest but sometimes gets annoying ngl
I absolutely hate the bags on the heads 🤣 but I found a mod that took them off but then everyone was wearing hats😂 ughhh the Sims lol

That superhero parents thing happens me all the time - with no mods installed!
i never had cc or mods, but the first two-three glitches happened to my game too. The 2nd/3rd glitch happens when we click "Play" with the toddler, but it doesn't work properly. The toddler were supposed to be together on the animation, but they didn't.
That sims with long jagged arms/bodies are constantly in my game even though I don't have any cc.
My sims have been playing with a toddler, with out a toddler for years now… no CC or other mods the first time it happened lol
I am so glad that I turned off NPC voting on those NAPs from Eco Lifestyle.
(It's in gameplay settings in the options menu for anyone else that's fed up with 'Sharing is Caring')
Yo the werewolf thing (7:14) literally happened to me. My sim was running and he literally just got on his phone and started using it. Ngl it was really confusing and funny.
i get the glitched "play" interaction quite often! it's... something!
I have the ghost glitch on my regular sims. It's so scary when they show up.
The weird dance they're doing with the toddlers, it isn't a pack. It's just a base game interaction."play", or "rough house" I believe.

The sims are playing with the toddlers the guy on the right is pretty much the way it's supposed to go as weird as it is. It's not cc or mods, I have none and I still see this creepy stuff. The little girl standing watching when she is suto be having fun. Cracks me up.
the first glitches that you showed (the kid not being picked up and then the adult doing weird movements) are actually a simple action from the base game: "play with". very annoying, it always happens to me 🙄
My sim was dating Don Latherio (I know, I know…) and I went to his house because he apparently afopted a random child and wanted my sim to see it. Anyway, I zoom into the living area and right there is a pig-tailed toddler with no eyes, sharp teeth and super long arms and legs. It said that she was a BABY too. Moral of the story, Don is bad news. First he got himself caught up in the dissapearenve of bells and now this??

The playing with the Toddler is Basegame, I don't have Parenthood and it works everytime I've used the interaction... How ever sometimes my Sims to pick up their children from Faaaar and put them to sleep 🤦🏽♀️ smh
1:40 I have that problem with kids I used to be able to go into cas and then change their face structure to something else and their eyes to something else to fix it. But recently that hasn't helped so I just deleted the Sims which was alright BC they were NPCs but now when I age up my toddlers to kids they have the glitch and those are harder to fix. I an sick of this glitch. 🙄

I've had like 7 sims die because of starvation, even though their bar was green. But they didn't get any food themselves and I thought they weren't hungry, just to find them dead. I even got like a reward, it was like "have 5 sims die of starvation in a house full of food" or something 😂 but now it just aggravates me..
i had to stop going to a spa i placed down in the winter because the townies kept going outside to meditate and then would freeze to death
I get the second glitch so often when i try to play
got the doctor one all the time, so ANNOYING, and the get to work pack is buggy AF with the doctor career, like the staff is useless, no one actually helps my sim while working, instead the staff just stand in the middle of the mess and don't do anything as admitting patients or helping running tests to get me some support, it is ABSURD how bad it is
My sim was at prom when this girl just started ectoplasming on the dance floor
5:24 I got this glitch after buying Get Together. I play in console so i have no idea how it got activated
The weird dance thing glitch is from clicking on the toddler and hitting play I think bass game

Idk any mods that can solve the temperature death issue, but you can switch off temperature effects on your sims without switching off the weather in the settings.

The trellis from High School Years that is actually functional is in with the LADDERS. They have a decorative one so it wouldn’t stand out

I actually love that is it easy to kill sims with cold and hot, and also an easy way to kill children lol since they are immune to a lot of death, but not to cold and hot weather.
I couldn't seem to get my sims to go through that window either but literally all the townies and visitors use it like it's the front door lol

You need to place a ladder with the window to get down 😂 you placed th decoration piece - when you put the ladder outside or next to the decoration it will have the leaves on
