If the goal is to become mainstream Shenseea needs to come a lot harder because at this point, everything she does is a first impression for most people. If I didn’t already know how talented she is and this were my introduction to her, I’d never give her music a second thought.

I got excited when I heard about this collab, then I heard the lyrics. It felt like a rush to the studio and came across weak, both artist are way more capable lyrically, although it was raunchy, this could’ve been more hardcore and explosive. Hopefully they can collab again and top the success of WAP.

I think Megan’s verse was great and I like the chorus but the beat wasn’t strong enough for Shenseea not to enunciate. Im not sure if that’s her style but to match that with a video like this is overwhelming and underwhelming at the same time. Also, as someone who isn’t familiar with Shenseea I don’t think she gave me much to connect with, but she’s has a nice voice and I’m interested to hear more.
If you like Caribbean music please listen to her other songs, this was not a good introduction to her... I'm a shenyeng (shenseea fan) and this was disappointing for me. Some great songs are Be Good, jiggle jiggle, bad habit, foreplay, bum like ball (all sexy songs like this but wayyyy better), also rebel, good comfort, sure sure, shenyeng anthem, run run, lighter, you're the one I love, love I got for you, potential man, Chatterbox, you & I, any of her other songs honestly are all better than this... her freestyles are the best you can find them on RUclips.

I love Shenseea and I was really looking forward to this song once I saw the thumbnail, the visuals are amazing, but lyrically, Shen can do so much better. Even in previous mvs, she's been able to outperform her last, or give a new twist to a genre or a song. This was not bad, but this wasn't the best she could've given us. I can't wait to see what she gives us next. I'm sure it'll be amazing!

I think it would have come across better, especially with the weak lyrics, on a reggae rhythm. Leave that soca shit ti the Trinis. Her parts were just underwhelming. I’m disappointed.
