I think you have missed one point. In some of the commodes, after use water remains at high level, which is not comfortable. How to check correct water level in the commode.
Sir, in our area we have a lot of limestone powder which keeps spoiling our flush tank. Small parts of the single piece toilet get spoiled and stop working. We plan to go now for a 2 piece toilet since it has big parts and ball based flushing. Please tell me if it's the right thing to do.

Old GI pipes rusted , causing dampness in the house, shud be removed completely by cutting walls & digging out of lenters or we can dead them from overhead tank ,leaving those inside & fix new CPVC lines in open? ...will the old dead ,emptied GI line ,still rust more & still cause damage to walls & their plaster?
