      I think that the King Rule is the only “trick” here. The rest is simple substitutions and trig identities. Either way, a lot of results were needed.

      @@BlackTshirtMathProfessor yea, though 1 main formula is needed, it's hard to think of what to do next after applyin the rule

      That comes from experience and recognizing things. For example, after applying the King Rule we’re left with a sum of two logarithms so we’re tempted to combine them together.
