A bully seeks to belittle others, and vent their troubles on those around them. They could be a murderer, a robber, a terrorist, or a phyco. Just because they *could* do worse, does not make them any better. Words can hurt. Before you speak out of anger, think of how your words will affect said person. If this is too difficult, imagine someone saying that to yourself.
If you are the person whom is spoken to in that way, than I am so sorry. Anyone speaking that way to you can be hurtful, but parents especially. Theyre supposed to be empathetic towards their children, care for them, love for them, and make them feel safe. If its to the point of you harming yourself, or considering it- and this includes ending it all- then please, by all means seek help. If its not possible for you at the moment, find a trusted adult or friend, maybe even family member who you feel safe enough to explain whats going on. If they can, have them get help for you. Its okay to be vulnerable, just watch who youre vulnerable with. Its okay to need help, by nature we are social creatures, and mentally and psychologically require assistance from others every now and then. Its just being human. Even the wolf, a creature portrayed in stories we have heard since we cant even remember as vicious beasts, villains, and dangerous, are actually social animals as well. A pack is just a family, with a few adopted members here and there. They help eachother to hunt, and assist the mothers with their pups. Other females with occasionally nurse the young. Its teamwork that helps them survive. Loners dont do well, and dont have the pack to help protect their young. Horses always have one member of the herd awake and on standby, protecting eachother. Bison form circles around the calves to protect them. Lions work together to take down large prey, and protect one another. Even the strongest and most respected of the animal kingdom are in groups and care for one another. There are of course the bad apples, those who will hurt their own. But isnt that the case with humanity?

So I don't listen very well, and my grandparents and my parents are the worst things I could ever [boop]ing live with. They forget that I already see them as monsters, they don't care about how I actually think of them, they never EVER calm down, because what they see is a stup!d [boop]ing b!tch that won't even be a potential big sister. i remember crying because i couldnt breathe and when my grandma notices it she starts yelling at me and hitting me with a hanger making me cry more (and yes, she knows that i couldnt breathe but she still hurts me)
This was my friend. They’re a bit older than me so this is our dynamic most of the time. They try to justify their anger by saying I was being rude, getting on their nerves, and I deserve it so they don’t feel bad about cussing at me and mentally abusing me. Other times, they’re nice but still behind it all they’re still acting bad to me. They said they paid 30 dollars for a movie once and I had to watch it with them or they’d get yelled at by their parents for wasting money which made me feel bad so I watched it with them and it wasn’t enjoyable that much for me. When I refused at first bcz I didn’t want to, they said, “Uh-oh..I actually paid 70..” or something to make me feel even worse if I refused. That was not a fun friendship.
"you disobeyed me!" is a disgustingly common sentence. They are your KID, your CHILD, your OFFSPRING. Not you're servant. Not an animal. Not anything like that. say it with me. KIDS. ARE. STILL. PEOPLE.

When I was little, she'd yell at me whenever I frowned, cried or showed any emotion that wasn't happiness.
It was hard to understand, so I started smiling everytime she yelled at me, nowdays I can't stop smiling or laughing even if I'm sad or angry.
It's annoying sometimes.

whe n oi was younger i had a problem, when i was yelled at i would cry and be called "the crybaby of the family", one day my mm yelled at me like all the other days and i started crying since i couldent hold my tears in anymore and my mom said "stop crying before i make you cry!"... as soon as she left the room i hid under my bed and cryed all day, i didnt even come out to eat, and whenever i got an a- or less she would hit me, i was always scared and i wanted to kms, i had alot of bad thoughts, eventually i told my friend and she didnt care, she saw my bruises and she said i was fine, i belived her, i thought it was normal, my mom always told me i was fat which caused me to never eat, i woud only eat a few bites of food everyday and my dad would yell at me for not eating, i was too scared to tell anyone when my mom went to medical school and my uncle, her brother, started to hit me too, he forced me too eat which caused me to get nosebleeds alot, now heres the present my uncle is on vacation, im scared of my brother after he beat up his bsf at school for teasing him and my brother thretend to brring a knife and kill his bsf, my moms still in medica school, i still cant eat well, idk what gonna happen, idk if i have a eating disorder, idk why im coughing up blood after gym at school, and idk what to do

My parents were like that when I was younger they do it less often now they only yell at me when I have unfinished schoolwork
I love school but some teachers yell at me I don't know what I did to have them yell at me and call me brain dead(stupid) they put me in lower levels of school(before high school)
In the past, I have had lots of good teachers and they helped me learn more about myself. they will forever hold a place in my heart and my mom became friends with them.
I got better grades in high school I got all failing grades E and I got a grade B in math so it's better now. I'm surprised that I lasted this long

I'm not used if i related to this. But when I got back From school on Wednesday. I stay home from school because i had an respiratory infection but the upper. I was writing my script when my friend was checking on me and I was nodding my head to understand the question. But he told the teacher that i was ignoring him when really I wasn't ready to talk because I was scared that if i did talk I wouldn't coughed. One of the teachers told me that it was rude for me to ignored him. But it wasn't my fault if i didn't wanna to talk.
But I agreed to not ignored him again because I didn't want to get in trouble with my teacher because i was a straight a student.

Do you want me to stand there, hands behind my back like some doll and take everything you just said to me? Like jeez, I'm human, not some rag doll you’ve have to ‘take care of’ for 13 years now..
I know this is a vent, but anytime I see these, they say its because their parents are pressuring them,I understand it trust me, but you have to know someone life first, parents are strict, because they had a life they don't want you to have, kids need to understand that.
I know this, but this isn't a vent. It's supposed to be a backstory of one of my characters and his mom is a piece of shit. She doesn't feel any genuine guilt and lash out on him whenever she's in a bad mood. But I understand why you'd comment this. Some people hate their parents because they feel like they're controlling them everytime but sometimes the parents just care a lot for their child.

Lol, a lot of ppl who saw this video thought the same thing. It's a common mistakes as long as they know that it isn't. My parents aren't abusive (well I don't think so) they're a bit strict but all words aside I have a perfectly good relationship with my family so there's nothing to worry about
