      Let’s not go overboard. Only casuals thought Hader had somehow gone off a cliff. It’s rare for any player to be traded, move to a new city, new program, new schedule, new facilities, new coaches, new teammates, new time zone, new house, new community, new everything and then just flawlessly be ok and pick up where they left off. Almost all pitchers see a downturn when they are first traded. There is no redemption arc because Hader never left.

    If you were to ask most Dodgers fans or any fan of any team, including Baseball analysts, the thought of the Dodgers losing three in row and eliminated in the NLDS, most would say, YOUR CRAZY! Here's the real problem with this organization, many lifelong Dodger fans SAW THIS COMING! For all the money spent, for all the Talent, for all the games won in the last 6 years, they have 1 World Series Championship to show for it, and that was in a 60 game season!! Some would say that shouldn't matter, we all know IT DOES!! All the trails and tribulations a team faces in 162 game season really determines a Champion.

    • @ShonDon9
      @ShonDon9 Год назад

      They keep trying to buy a world series, which (whether they are aware or are conscious of it or not) shows lack of faith, it also weakens the heart and spirit that a championship team needs. If they keep on picking up the best available star players every off-season, it just adds another unfamiliar teammate that didn't go through the adversity, the pain of defeat or the ups and downs that a team's core members should have, which strengthens the teams heart and chemistry. Plus, when you keep adding more superstars, theres too many big egos in the locker room, which might mean that the players won't be humble in front of their peers and they will keep their "mask" on to portray their bravado. And how do the players feel when they see the owner buy new superstars evrrytime they choke in the playoffs? Instead of trusting the team you assembled to overcome a painful defeat or failure. The players might think "well clearly the upper management doesnt think we can band together and do it ourselves, as if their is a problem with our team, or as if we are Not enough, since they just keep adding all these star players every year" They are not gonna get better if they don't believe in themselves and go thru adversity the right way, as a team.
