I feel like it is ok to break boundaries set by a modelling company when the model is experienced enough, and have the modelling skills to back you up as an overall person. For instance, Kaci may be breaking the rules by getting tattoos BUT she's an experienced veteran model, have a good attitude and will still have bookings because of how good she is ._. as compared to a newly signed model. That's why maybe when Kaci does these things "behind Bon's back", Bon assess her as a WHOLE person and probably think that the tattoos wouldn't affect her as a model as much.
