Dymo LabelWriter 400 paper error - why?

I have one Labelwriter 400 printer, and it's working well in my Windows 10 with Dymo Label software v.8.5.4.
I buyer another 2 printers, same model (LabelWriter 400, very conserved, like new, never opened), but both showing error when I send a label to print. It's Start print, but stop with 'no paper' error. I don't know if have some firmware update for this model, because mine works very good, but this others printers not printing (but start print, about 25% of label, and stop). Can you help me?
