I made these today. I have a very sweet tooth and these are not bad at all considering the healthier ingredients. I had to use my blender though because my food processor is quite small so I did get a few chunky chickpea bits. Still good though. I am planning on going WFPB for the month of January so I am 'gathering' recipes now so I can whip something comforting up on a cold day. These will certainly help, thanks! ❤

I was doing early morning running and I saw a pigeon on the ground I couldn’t be sure but after the hour of earlier morning exercise I went back, he or she was still there so I bought by box and and blanket and picked it up and but the box on the front seat of my car and drove to vets that take any wide creature, on way I said to it I’ve rescued you…..am definitely buying your book Paul

Looks lovely! I’ve only made chickpea brownies before. I’ll make these for sure. I might use macadamia butter for a nauseatingly, rich, creaminess 😅

As you are comming to the end of DS9 I can recommend the Expanse for your intergalactic telly fix.Takes 2 or 3 episodes to get into but is worth bearing with and is all free on Prime.The blondies look great btw Paul.

Isis loves chicken quorn - that's so sweet as my old tabby does too. But I wish vegan cat food was cheaper than it is as I'm sure companies would make more profit with lower prices. 🐱🐈❤
